Hidden Shipping Costs made them lose a star.. but still awesome value :)

While they are quite affordable i recently purchases some DVD box sets from them. There are several volumes in the set (20 in fact) and every box set is the same size, weight and disc count however volumes 1-3 were 2GBP to ship to Australia while others were 4GBP, 6GBP, etc i can not understand how this can be right. My only assumption is that the "newer" the volume (as in more recently released) the larger the shipping costs. This however makes no sense in the long run as people in the UK get free shipping.
I did email them and ask them why there was such a discrepancy in shipping fees for items that were exactly the same and i was advised it would be escalated and looked into.
However, they were still cheaper than the big name retailer we used to use and i would not have any qualms in recommending this site to my friends.
There prices are fair overall and they have a nice wide range. Offering access to other sellers is a plus and i have confidence shopping with them.

Varer under £16 sendes dog fra Schweiz(ikke-EU-land) mens varer over sendes fra UK...

Gode priser, en fin fragt på 1£ per vare og hurtig levering på et par dage.

Men bemærk de sender fra Svejts af, hvilket ikke er med i EU og derfor skal man betale told, hvis man bliver snuppet.
