Helpful staff and great delivery

Needing new chairs for the kitchen- I decided that rather than buy on line I would visit Milton Keynes Dwell to try out the chairs. Staff were very helpful. I was told the chairs selected were out of stock until the following week but would be delivered to my house for a reasonable charge. I was informed the estimated date they would by received by Dwell was the 19th July. On the 19th I was notified they would be delivered on the 20th July which they were. The chairs are very comfortable and look great in the dining area of my kitchen. They also were reduced £30 each in the sale so I am very happy all round.

Great products, excellent, friendly & helpful service

Recently bought table and chairs from Dwell. I ordered them online and collected them from Richmond. The products at Dwell are great and loved the sale prices even more! The table looks great and everytime I look at my chairs I smile - they are so cool!

It shouldn't be this way but it was actually refreshing to be served by the people at Dwell. They were efficient, friendly and helpful.

Stylish, good quality furnishing at an affordable price.

We have bought a number of items of furniture, and ornaments, from Dwell, and have been extremely pleased with the service received at the Westfield, Stratford store. Delivery of the larger items have been on time and securely packed. Staff have been extremely helpful in finding out which local stores have had the larger items we were interested in on display, in order that we may view them before purchasing. We have no hesitation in recommending Dwell.

Do not trust unacceptable delivery times

We placed an order closed to £1500 at the beginning of may, we waited 12 weeks for some cushions that stated delivery would be in three weeks, when we checked the website regular whilst the dates kept getting longer, no notification to us was made, very very disappointed!! We decided to cancel the whole order after a rude telephone call from the service team, or lack off, And still waiting for a refund and now nearly in August, now understand why good brands spend on retaining customer values and service! Something you should dwell on before ordering! Be warned!!

Great designs and good quality funiture for the home

Dwell have some of the most striking, contemporary designs and furniture for the home that add an extra touch of style to the modern home.

Great service from the helpful staff too! Much recommended.

Absolutely Superb

Dwell not only have great quality items at affordable prices, but have by far the best customer service and delivery department I've ever known. They always have time for you, and their delivery dept. keeps you constantly informed of when your order will arrive, and it does arrive pretty much exactly when they tell you.
I could not recommend them any more highly.
I will definitely stay a customer for life.

Excellant Value for Money plus Great Service!

The 3 door extra wide sideboard I recently purchased from Dwell is a most striking piece of furniture! In High Gloss black with funky chrome handles and easy-glide drawers it is a great enhancement to any modernly designed dining room or kitchen/diner.
The service I received from the company was faultless - from the time of ordering through to the time of delivery.
The quality of their products is superior to what I had actually expected for the prices they carry.
I will definately use them again, and will be happy to recommend them to others.

Fantastic products and excellent service!!!

The quality of the products are superb and I will consider these better than other big names. I ordered literally everything from DWELL for my living room, Dining table, chairs, sofas, side board! All items have a great style and quality finish. I could no find items like this on the internet that compliment each other so well. The staff at Westfield Stratford were extremely helpful identifying suitable pieces of furniture and knew their stuff. Ankara Corner Sofa in Slate

I just love my new sofa from Dwell! The fabric is a gorgeous woven textured grey and the overall design looks great, with clean lines and chunky dark wood feet. The sofa is long enough for most people to sleep on and 3 can sit very comfortably. Most importantly of all it is super comfy and I have already spent a lot of time lounging on it.

The pre-service was great; there was a slight problem with the order (wrong colour) and that was sorted out very quickly and efficiently. The delivery was prompt and the guys delivering it were friendly and very professional.

Overall, I really rate this product and would recommend you purchase a sofa like this from Dwell. The positives: timeless, classic design, wonderful quality fabric, it felt much sturdier than other sofas in this prices range from other shops. The negatives: I just can't stop relaxing on it!

Great product and excellent service

I recently bought a sofa for my living room and I'm very pleased with both the product and the service I received. Pre and after sale service was excellent and the product came in stock earlier than expected which was great for me. Good quality product in a very competitive price. Also, the delivery was on time and very easy to arrange.

Great design at reasonable prices

I have purchased several of the Dwell glass furniture pieces - console tables (large and compact), bedside tables and occassional table - as well as a neat looking "bubble" lamp.
The are all great looking and always get compliments.
A worthy successor to Habitat which was my previous hunting ground for nice house stuff!

Excellent service all-round

Staff at the Richmond Store were extremely helpful and Dwell honoured all their commitments with regards to delivery dates and constantly kept me informed on the progress of my order.

Ordered a retro circles dining chair from Dwell store Westfield Stratford City and the staff there were truly helpful.
Really pleased with this purchase as this chair is very modern, stylish and looks great.
Received the item on time and as expected. The communication on the delivery was excellent.

Blown away

We were blown away by the Kingsley Padded Bed and just had to have one.After discussions with the lovely Ashley and James at the Bristol store,we were offered free delivery due to the expected wait for the bed to come back into stock.When the bed arrived we were given a choose of delivery dates to suit us,and we're even called by the driver to say he was on his way.The delivery guys were very courteous and helpful even carrying the bed upstairs.Assembly was easy and Wow the bed looks fab.....especially with our god save the queen dwell bedding !!!
We had hoped to use our existing mattress but as this was slightly to large so went back to the Bristol store to order a new one....at which point we were told we had a 20% discount on our account .....it just gets better each time !!! Ashley and James are professional,courteous and very friendly guys and nothing was to much trouble,they are a credit to dwell,and this,coupled with the stylish and stunning range of products available makes Dwell are first stop shop every time !!!

One fab shop

dwell is the kind of shop you just cannot walk by without buying something, it is fab. From a very small knick-knack to a sofa. Staff are really helpful & friendly as well.

Very Very Disappointing - will cancel full order

I placed my order on 17th June for three items of which only one was in stock. This was fine as the two items would be in-stock again before end of June. I processed order-and made payment receiving confirmation my instock item would be delivered within 5 days and other items would follow.

I checked my order status online and no items dispatched and one of the other items had moved to an August delivery date. That's over a month later than initially suggested. I emailed dwell who promise a 24 hour response. I received a read receipt but still no answer to my enquiry/concerns.

Today 22 June I called and was advised that NO ITEMS had shipped as I hadn't called dwell after placing my order to arrange a suitable date, and that the first delivery slot isn't until 20 July..(not the 5 days advertised). I reluctantly cancelled the two other items...and hastily accepted the delivery date for the in stock item. I was told my £500 refund would take 7-10 days to process.

Still considering cancelling other item now.

WHY does the customer have to call to arrange delivery when ordering from website V odd..and not mentioned anywhere on site/confirmation?
WHY does it take a month to deliver instock items, esp when promote 5 day delivery?
WHY such extreme extensions to delivery periods for stock arrivals? WHY do i have to wait so long for refund when you took payment so quickly?

Finishing touch

We had been looking for 4 red bar stools for ages and couldn't find them at the right price or quality. I had shopped at Dwell before, so when they sent me a 20% discount I was pleased to see the exact stools we had been looking for in their Kingston branch. We ordered them there and then and was pleased when they were ready to collect within 2 weeks. The store staff were very good they even told our grandson to help himself to cakes! Dwell is the first place we look at when we need furnishings or accessories.

pleased with the online experience everything was clear and i understood the delivery service my package was to me on time and i had a good overall experience with them and the quality of the product was great too.

WORST COMPANY TO ORDER FROM

after waiting a month for a coffee table i rang the customer service line to complain as the table had been delayed a further 2 weeks. The advisor kindly said to me that I will speak to my supervisor as to what we can do. he advised me a few minutes later that "the best thing we can offer is cancel your order". My advice DO NOT ORDER FROM DWELL

SUPERB DESIGN & EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

We bought some furniture from the Trafford centre and the staff there were really lovely, so helpful and attentive even when I kept changing my mind they were lovely and helped me work out the pros & cons on what I was buying - good product knowledge. I picked some furniture up and they loaded it into my car gently and the items which were delivered were on time, well communicated on deliver & carried into the room for me - drivers were superb. The furniture itself is superb and I LOVE it, stylish & well made - best on the high street - I will be buying more as happy on all counts - Thanks Dwell you have got it right! :)

Dwell always come up with new and innovative products which stand out from the crowd. I find there shop staff always extremely helpful and friendly in the Glasgow store

Brilliant New Shop on our High Street.

Amazing new store on four floors arrived in my town. My eyes were everywhere when I walked into Dwell. I could have spent a fortune. I purchased a limited edition London Bus Tote Bag which is so eye catching. I also ordered three Mr Strong doorstops. These were delivered to store for my convenience and an email was sent to inform me that they had arrived. Customer service is excellent. Smart, helpful staff but not at all pushy and I was free to wander round at my leisure. I have seen so many must have goodies - like the gorgeous Pink Poodle statue, the rose vase - I have my eye on that one. Well done Dwell - you are a welcome addition to Leeds. I have a son and daughter both house hunting at the moment and they are looking at Dwell for furniture and accessories. Well done.

The items I purchased are cleverly designed, innovative, well made and good value for money. I have ordered more furniture to match and will certainly purchase more in the future. Their customer service is excellent everyone I have dealt with in Tottenam Court Road London and Glasgow have been so polite and helpful it has been a pleasure to shop with them.

Great furniture - happy to recommend!

I moved into a new flat around a year ago and bought the vast majority of the furnishings from Dwell. I’m really happy with my purchases. They look as great now as they did when I first looked at them online and at their Tottenham Court Road store (brilliantly located opposite Goodge Street Station on the Northern Line).

So happy have I been with my items that I’ve since bought more furniture from Dwell, the latest being various different types of Uno stacking drawer, which I’m using in my bedroom. I liked these so much that I’ve just ordered some more of them.

All in all, I’d be happy to recommend Dwell, and their products, to anyone.

Would rather keep Dwell to myself but...

I moved house recently and bought a number of items from Dwell, which I adore :-). For me purchasing items either in store or online are both very easy experiences with fast order and delivery services. Their Customer Services in my experience actually puts the customer first and are always proactive in their approach...which is reasurring when buying items large or small on line. I have been very pleased with every item I have bought and have recommended Dwell to many of my friends...

Pink Flamingo

I have bought this product as a surprise wedding gift for my Niece. She is mad about flamingoes so this will fit the bill nicely. I saw the product originally in the Guardian weekend magazine which gave the website address. The website is easy to navigate and a search for 'glass flamingo' brought up exactly what I wanted. I ordered online and received emails immediately confirming the purchase, informing me that someone would ring me from the store as soon as the order was received there. Within a couple of days I had the call and on arriving at the store at the Trafford centre was dealt with immediately and in a very friendly manner by a lovely lady. The whole transaction went like clockwork so I am extremely satisfied with the service.

Great Customer Service

I like Dwell products as they are unique and different. I have always been happy with the products although recently I had to exchange a chair. Customer Services were brilliant they arranged for the chair to be exchanged within 5 days. I would recommend this company and definitely use again. I wish there were more shops especially in the South West.

Dwell is by far my favourite furniture company and I have been inspired by many of its pieces. Amazing service and they always make you feel like a valued customer. I have recommended Dwell to many friends and family although the pieces I have purchased usually speak for themselves.

Great product, customer service and delivery

I ordered a new armchair from Dwell, I am very pleased with it, it is fashionable, comfortable and looks great in my living room. I was a bit worried about getting it up to my first floor flat as other companies' delivery drivers specifically refuse to do any lifting but the Dwell delivery drivers did so without comment. Plus when my armchair was reduced in price before after I bought it before it was delivered, Dwell refunded me the difference, no questions asked. I will shop there again. I only wish they would deliver at the weekend!

I've now been a customer of Dwell both online and in store, they've been excellent both times.

Just recently ordered two side tables over the phone from Dwell. Both looked great and arrived fully assembled which I find a huge advantage over 'flatpack'.

Everyone I've spoken to over the phone and in store have been really helpful. By far the best furniture company I've used, planning to buy a new bed from them soon too :)

Top class

Just love the range of furniture dwell have. We have bought several items recently and can see our house steadily turning into a dwell show rome. Always had great service and advice from the staff, keep it up.

Friendly, Fun & Professional Service

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Dwell on four occasions in the past 6 months, once in store, twice online & once on the phone and have found them to be both friendly & professional in every instance. The young Slovakian lady who assisted me in their Manchester store was a credit to the company & was enormous fun and most helpful. Their online service was just as good & when I did have a slight problem their customer service line sorted the issue without any drama.
I was updated on delivery dates & times via email and everything arrived on time and within the time slots that had been promised.
I'll be certain to use them again in the near future.

Palermo Table & Dining Chairs

Great, friendly service in store, and when I called to order by phone. Notified by email regularly from ordering to delivery, and the driver called to let me know he was on his way, about 45 minutes before he showed up.

The delivery men were friendly and didn't mind opening boxes for me to check.

great item great price - contacted by store when item was in stock for collection and collection was straight forward dwell is a fantastic company - i have bought a good few items over the past couple of years for myself and other people and have never had any issues of note
the staff in store (glasgow for me) have always been really friendly and helpful - they dont bother you but are there waiting to give you all the info you need when you approach them and have never found any of the staff to be like other companys pushy sales people
love walking round the store and always want to buy everything (lotto win would help with that)

Other stores should take note

We have bought a couple of major items from this firm and the service has always been excellent, not just in ordering and delivery but in general helpfulness online and in store. On request we were sent a newspaper template of a large oval mirror so we could work out if it could be hung without fouling other items e.g. electric plugs. Neither item was perfect but the problems were solved instantly without question and arrangements immediately made to put things right.

my new favourite place - multi divider bookcase

I've just bought a multi divider bookcase which looks fantastic and has lots of different shaped spaces to sort books but also treasures from my travels. It is really solid (not that you need to tell that to the delivery drivers, who were fantastic by the way, as it weighs about 100 kg). Dwell has become my favourite shop for home things as you just get things that are different to the usual suspects on the high street or even online. Some of it is a bit expensive on the face of it but in this case, the quality shines through. That combined with great customer service, occasional special offers and polite, friendly delivery drivers (let's face it you don't always get that do you?). I just wish that I had a few more pounds but I'm saving up for my next purchase!? Louise, Chelmsford
