Excellent in all areas!
Ordering was quick, easy and they were very accomodating to our requirements. Although the item had a slight defect on delivery this was, again, quick and easy to arrange a replacement. Cannot fault the delivery men either! Will definitely be ordering more (soon hopefully) as the design and quality of the furniture is outstanding. If you are looking for beautiful, high quality, contemporary furniture then you definitely need Dwell. Everyone who has seen our TV unit has loved it.

Excellent Service
I have moved recently and have bought several pieces from Dwell, including a kitchen table and chairs, a TV unit, bookcase and side table. All items were ordered online and collected from the Kingston Branch. I was impressed with the efficient service given. The Tv unit was noted by staff at Kingston to be damaged on arrival; they contacted me immediately to stop me coming in, and ordered a replacement that came quickly. I am very happy with all my purchases and would recommend Dwell.

Mirror and dining table - Excellent
WE recently collected a mirror from a dwell store, and received excellent service. My wife saw another mirror when we came in to collect it, and the assistant offered to swap them over without hesitation. (we didn't but it was nice to have the option).
We have also just received a dining table which was delivered last week.
Both great products and very happy with Dwell.

Great service and great products
I recently bought 4 bar stools from the Bluewater store and could not have been happier with the products or the service I received. The sales assistants certainly knew their stuff and even though the colour I required was not in stock, it was ordered and to my surprise delivered the next day to my home. I love the range of products at Dwell and will shop there again.

Excellent
We ordered 4 retro circles dining chairs, Service from start (In store) to to finish (delivery) was excellent.
Staff at the store allowed you to browse in peace, but were available for any questions. The purchase was easy and efficient and delivery was excellent as we were having them delivered to a second home and they needed to be there when stated. We were phoned an hour before they were received and they arrived on time.

Excellent sofa and good after-sales support
The sofa arrived as promised and the delivery people (Dwell's own I believe) were very helpful. I'm delighted with the Oslo sofa I ordered - it is very well made and extremely comfortable.
I did encounter a few hiccups with my order (it initally arrived without legs) but these were dealt with courteously by Dwell's customer service team and the end result is a very satisfied customer.

Great service and customer care to match the great table!
I bought a coffee table which converts into a dining table. A very stylish but solid piece of furniture. The mechanism did not work properly and on reporting the fault, a replacement was dispatched within a week. When it arrived, the delivery men unpacked it and tested the table. They then took away all the packaging and cleared up the space.

Excellent product and service
The quality of the product was excellent. The zebra print duvet had satin stitch detail which I t expecting as thought it would just a print so I was very impressed. Also on the off chance I visited the store to see if my online order had come, even though I hadn't yet been contacted. The assistant informed me there was a delivery but it wasn't checked off yet so she didn't know if my order had arrived. However, while I continued shopping for ten minutes she located my order at the bottom of the delivery. It would have been easier for her to have contacted me later or the next day but she went out of her way to offer a first class service. Well done Dwell!

Excellent service, good quality.
This is the 2nd time I've ordered from DWell on line and on both occasions had excellent service. Ordered cubic walnut hideaway table set, good quality and looks lovely in my new kitchen! Delivery actually came day early as driver was in area and called to ask if I would like it delivered. Very professional and polite. Would definitely buy from Dwell again.

Superb Service
We have now had two orders from Dwell and have been very impressed with the customer service levels offered both in the shop and by the delivery team. The information provision was excellent and we were kept informed at all times regarding our order status. I also liked the fact that once we had placed our order email and text information was almost instantaneous!
Our table and chairs are brilliant and finish our kitchen off well!

Excellent Customer Service
We are really impressed with quality of table and chairs recently purchased from Dwell. Unfortunately first table had to be returned due to some minor damage, however David at Customer Service team was very helpful in explaining options and arranging replacement. Overall service received surpassed all expectation - we would recommend to anyone and happily return in future.

Great customer service and excellent products
Recently placed an order through Dwell to pick up in store (Balham). Whilst part of the order is not yet in stock the rest of the order was delivered promptly to the store and I was telephoned to advise of its arrival.
I was really impressed with the quality of the product (a celing light shade) and also with the staff in the store who were knowledgeable about other items of stock we enquired about.
I would definately recommend Dwell to anyone.

Full marks for style and customer service
We have just taken delivery of a sideboard and sofa bed and are delighted with the furniture and service offered. We have to travel to Trafford Park to visit Dwell, as we don't have a branch in Leeds but our experience of shopping in store and online is hassle free. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, wanting to help but not pushy. Choice of delivery dates and helpful, courteous drivers. Well-made, stylish furniture. Dwell will be our first choice for future purchases.

Great table excellent customer service
Trawlled the internet for a white high gloss dining table. The one purchased from Dwell suited my needs. The customer service, delivery and product are outstanding.

Great products - quick delivery - friendly customer services
I have done 3 different orders with them and I’m very pleased with the products and especially the speed delivery. They delivered the products between 5-7 days except one of them that was not in stock at the time I ordered, but I received it 2 days after the day stated in the website that will be in stock.
One of the orders was online and the others in the Tottenham Court Road shop. In another occasion I called customer services to amend my order and in each occasion they were very helpful and friendly.
I have bought a rocking chair, side table, dinning table, 6 chairs and a lamp and I’m very pleased with the products.
A friend of mine bought few things from Dwell and recommended me the shop. Service has been excellent and I will visit the shop in the near future. I would definitely recommend Dwell.

Great customer service and great products
Recently placed an order through the Dwell website and have so far had a really positive experience with Dwell.
Despite part of our order being out of stock we were advised of this immediately by Dwell staff and given a date as to then this will be available.
We are really pleased with the rest of our order which was delivered to the store and were very impressed with the staff in store too!
I would definitely recommend Dwell as their products and customer service are outstanding.

Great Service,friendly and efficient
Overall a very positive customer experience. The initial inquiry was dealt with quickly and the quote e mailed to me. I decided to go ahead a week later and called them. There was a really clear and effective communication process from that point on via e mail. When the item arrived in store a message was left on my voicemail. We collected from the showroom.I had called ahead to say that it would be someone else collecting on my behalf. All those details had been passed on and they knew the name of the person collecting for me.
They say speak as you find and I found this store very good at what they do!

Great in-store Service, delivery price and speed
We have been looking for dining chairs for a number of weeks and came across the Dwell store at Bluewater. Although it is quite a small store, it had a very wide range of chairs which we could try out and the sales staff were very helpful. We chose our chairs and the sales assistant checked availability. We paid £5.95 for delivery and they arrived at our house, about 100 miles from the store, within 3 days. We are very impressed with Dwell's in-store service and delivery.

Great service, great products
I really like Dwell. They have good quality contemporary products. I’ve visited 2 shops (Tottenham Court Road and Kingston) and both have excellent staff and I enjoy browsing there. My last order was taken over the phone which was handled professionally and goods were delivered in a few days…and correctly too. What else could you ask for. Highly recommended.

Do not shop here!
NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! I ordered a bed and delivery date was changed x 5 times over a 4 month period, I kept being messed about so cancelled my order -Very unimpressed with the general "couldn't care less attitude" Emails ignored. They sold me a bed they didn't have and had no idea when it would next be available. Having told friends this, many people say they have had a similar experience with DWELL - should have spoken to them first!

Well pleased with my new tv stand
With stores like Dwell you always have to wait to buy things in the sale as everything always gets reduced so there is no point in buying things full price. So when the TV stand I wanted went into the sale I was really please. In additon to the sale prcie I managed to get a further 20% off the sale price so was happy.
The whole process from ordering my TV stand to picking it up was good.
My only compaint was that Dwell were going to charge me an extortionate amount to get the TV unit delivered to my house, so I decided to pick it up from the store.
Overall the service was great and I will be shopping at Dwell in the future (as long as the item I want is in the sale!!!)

Good experience from beginning to end
There was a good range of items in their sale. We were looking for a pair of bedside cabinets and dwell had by far the best option out of all the home shops down Tottenham court road. The finish was a little off on one of the items we were looking at but the one we ended up going for looks more expensive than it is. We also ended up buying one of those caterpillar-like chairs on a whim because sitting in it to think over our cabinets purchase it was just too comfy to get up out of! Sales staff were helpful and delivery though it seems pricey was on time and trouble free. Very happy with our purchases so far.

Good Sales & Delivery
I just bought a table and chairs from Dwell. The shop at Barton Square gave good service and the delivery was excellent (should be for £45)
The previous table I bought was marble which cracked at part of the table fell away. Spoke to customer services, no joy directed me to store. Store asked for photos which I sent. Never heard athing back despite expediting.
This table is glass so hopefully chunks will not fall off it.

OUTSTANDING QUALITY, AND EVEN BETTER SERVICE
We have shopped at Dwell for a number of years now having spent thousands of pounds. We love every item we have bought and continue to look for furniture etc at Dwell FIRST and elsewhere if we fail. What really impresses me is the customer service, especially Stephan at the Totenham Court Road branch who is an absolutely a gem. Always helpful and courteous. The only and mean ONLY issue i have is the cost of the delivery which does give me a little headache. So in a nut shell...i love Dwell.

Excellent Quality Excellent Service
The service we received in the Manchester Barton Square store was excellent. We ordered the Palermo high gloss white dining table and 4 Eiffel chairs. The price of the table in the sale was a bargain, it looks a lot more expensive in reality.
I have used Dwell many times over the years and will continue to do so!

Olympian Statue
Ordering the statue (on the phone) was an easy and swift transaction. The operator who took my call was courteous, professional and friendly. The whole transaction from start to finish took but a few minutes.
This is an impressive/eye catching piece when viewed on line. The marble base is extremely heavy, which is in stark contrast to the very light fibreglass main body, which was slightly disappointing. I just need to find the right spot/lighting to display him.
The Olympian is priced at £199, which I consider to be too high; the sale price of £169 seemed a little more appropriate (£150 would have been even better!). It was extremely well packaged, which was handy as I collected the item from the store.
In store (Balham branch), I received fantastic service. A cab was called for me and in the meantime, I was free to browse. I took an interest in a particular piece, which was a little out of my price range. The assistant took the opportunity to convert this to a sale, pointing out that she had a damaged item in the stock room if I was interested. She applied a generous discount (happy days!!!).
I left the store a happy shopper and would definitely continue shopping with Dwell both in store and on line.

Will be using them again!
We have recently bought a property and are now in the process of furnishing it.
We have bought a corner sofa which arrived on time in the agreed delivery slot.
We had an issue with the size of the back sofa cushions fitting the sofa frame snugly. After going into the store to review other sofas in the same range we realised it was the design of the sofa and not a manufacturing fault. We were disappointed as this was not evident in the online photos. However we have decided to keep the sofa as it fits the size of our livingroom and was on sale.
In addition I have ordered 2 scatter cushions and a decorative item through the Balham store London. As the store did not have the items in stock they have been ordered for me to collect in store. I have received emails and calls updating me the items are now in store ready to be collected.
Overall service has been good.

Initial problems but good customer service
We bought a chest of drawers for the bedroom and all was good, they looked fabulous. The delivery was on time and the team called an hour before delivery. On arrival they dropped the drawers in the living room and told us they could notcarry upstairs as they were not insured and the tiem was too heavy (82KG +).
I called customer services and they apologised straight away and told me that the item should not have been sold for upstairs rooms as it is very heavy. The girl organised a three man team to attend and they managed to get the drawers upstairs with much effort. A great buy, and after initial problems, great and efficiant service.

The worst customer care yet
They are very fast when they want to make their sales. However, they don't deliver on time. When they do, they dump everything. No unpacking, no assembling. When trying to contact customer care, no chance of getting hold of the right person. Unhelpful and full of empty excuses.
All around, if I want cheap furniture in the future, I'll go elsewhere.
Very very disappointed.

no complaints - delighted!
Dwell was brought to my attention by a friend. When I looked they had exactly the sofa I was looking for, for my new apartment. I bought a stool at the same time & received a discount on the price. The sofa delivery was delayed a couple of times & therefore delivery was in 2 stages & to different addresses. I have to say It all went like clockwork!
I have recommended them to a couple of friends.

Fast Service and great quality
Bought a clock online and got a phone call the next day saying it was available for pick up the next day. The store had it all ready to go when i arrived. Simple and quick. I have also bought sofas and tables from Dwell from my flat and have always been impressed with the quality and designs. (Although do tell the staff not to be on the phone while dealing with a customer....)

super spfa and service
After getting a fab discount on the sofa i fancied ...great luck !! it was ordered. I changed my delivery date 4 times!!!!! This was no problem and the team were obliging and understandable.
On delivery day the guys were fab nothing was too much trouble and my apartment is on the 15th floor!!
The sofa is great and looks stunning!!! Thank you !!!!

Sofa-tastic
I'd be happy to recommend Dwell to others based on my experience.
In my case, I bought two sofas. They were brought to my attention by a friend who emailed me the details. When I phoned up to order them I was told I'd get a 20% discount! I'm not exactly sure why I got the discount (maybe it was because I'd bought a bathroom cabinet from them a few months earlier) but who am I to argue.
It's probably a good idea to see the item you're ordering in store first but in my case I decided to take the risk. I'd actually seen similar sofas in store and they seemed well made so I went ahead with the order.
I was informed that the larger sofa wouldn't be ready for a month or so, so I decided to take delivery one at the earliest possible date and receive the second one once it was ready. The first sofa arrived on the day and within the time period originally stated. The delivery people kept me informed of progress , which was nice. I have yet to receive the second sofa as it is not due until the end of December.
Overall a very positive experience and I would use Dwell again in the future both for quality of product / price and customer service.

Great service - with a smile - will be back!
We purchased a console table online, to be collected in the Glasgow store. I telephoned to find out if it had arrived in store as we live 100 miles away and would be going to Glasgow on a particular day - chap I spoke to was great, table was there and arranged to collect. Patrick met my husband and was very helpful and pleasant, sometimes a rare experience - especially week before Christmas! Console table looks fab in my hallway, instructions could have been a bit clearer but we got there and quality is great, very happy with our purchase, thanks Dwell.
