Dynamic Supplements has dispatched another item given that my original was apparently lost in the post. I commend them for this as I was quite upset with them telling me initially to go check the post office's sorting depot. I wish they would have handled the situation as well in the first place and saved me the frustration of trying to find the parcel, but in the end they sorted it with proper customer service.
My Previous Review: My item never arrived. They blamed Royal Mail and told me to go check my local sorting office. Royal Mail cannot find items that do not have tracking information. Despite the fact that their website claims they 'will investigate the matter' in the event of non-delivery, they just told me when they shipped it and basically the rest was up to me. This is something I could find out for myself on my account page, so basically no one told me anything of value to help me find my package. I take their 'solution' for me to check at the sorting office as basically 'tough sh*t, we're through with you'. I will never order with these people again.
I have ordered from Dynamic Supplements three times. They have an excellent delivery system and everything is tracked, with email and SMS updates for your order. DPD give you a precise one-hour slot of when your parcel will arrive. This is excellent considering delivery is free over £50.
The second order I made, I ordered two products, one of which was out of stock, but the website falied to mention this. When I received the parcel there was a note saying it would take 7-10 days for the other item. I complained via email as the website should not have allowed me to order an out of stock product and that I would be happy with an alternate flavour. They were however very quick in responding and I received my changed product within 24 hours. So despite this issue I would still reccommend the website and I will continue to use it.
Ordered 1 product and received emails to say its despatched and due for delivery. Product not received. Emailed to query and got an apology the item was out of stock and would I like another flavour. The new one was here the very next day. Little hiccup but was well resolved and would certainly recommend.
Was really keen to use the company but did not recieve the product, sent three emails then got a reply indicating product has been posted. I never recieved it but they promised a full refund which at present I have not recieved.
Not just the delay in recieving the product that was disapoointing but the fact I am still trying to find a reliable service that can deliver rasberry ketones. Oh and my money to be refunded.
Hopefully they will do it soon. I hate slagging off companies but at the miunte, out of product, pocket and took over an hour to sort out of my time.
Cheapest price I could find online for the recovery supplement. Sent an email to confirm order and also received email statng day it would be delivered, that morning I had another email stating when the parcel would be delivered. Brilliant.
