We have used the Dyson cleaners since they first started and will not use any other cleaners, however we cannot wait to get our hands on a Dyson ball, but cannot part with our current one as there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, it still cleans as well as it did when we first got it 6 years ago, excellent equipment.
I have had 4 houeshold and one handheld Dyson vacuums now, over the years, they may be a bit expensive, but they are worth it, you really see the difference when you use a Dyson for the first time on your carpets, the colour and pile are improved in one use.
I have had a DC02, which after several years finally gave up the ghost, well it was about 20 years old, then I had an upright, that I didn't like, so gave it to a friend and got another bug one, a DC19 I think, it worked as good as the others, no problems, now we have a DC32, works well, but is a little heavy to drag around, but it does the job, and you don't have to keep going over it to pick the bits up. its a once over and done.
I have a hand-held one too, which was the first one Dyson brought out, we use it in the house for little bits, like crumbs on the carpet, and things like that, and the car, when it gives up the ghost I will purchase another hand held.
Why buy the rest, when you can buy the best first time?
Bought a Dyson years ago, worked forever until we sold it on Ebay due to moving house (carpet to wood floor) and bought another Dyson more suitable for wood floor. After four years, it has given us such a reliable service. We now have a cleaner from a reputable company and they are supposed to bring their own hoover but they like using our Dyson because it is better :)

My wife purchased a Dyson and it really gets the dog hair out of our carpet and rugs! The only thing is that it's a little loud compared to the electrolux we had. But, the performance makes this a non issue.
Awesome gear!

To me Dyson is probably one of best companies for customer service. They seem to value the customer not for the short term like most other companies but for the long term.
I think they realise that customers want products that work as well as innovative in their design. Dyson seems to realise that customer service is really important part of the process and that’s why I’m giving them 5 stars!!
We had a problem with our Dyson and they came out and fixed it with no fuss no and no charge, so I take my hat off to you Dyson for a great service.

Dyson Dyson Dyson!!...I keep saying it so I don’t say Hoover, Hoover, Hoover :-)
We bought the Dyson DC25 last week and what a surprise on the amount of suction it has! It actually cleans the floor rather than recirculate the dirt back into the air like some other vacuum cleaners.
Well I’m a changed man and I do all the vacuuming now as it’s now quite an enjoyable experience seeing all the dust and cr*p sucked into a clear container which I can honestly say gives me a sense of achievement:-)
Well done Dyson you’ve made a man of me. I am now addicted to cleaning and my partner thinks I’ve gone completely loony :-)
I have bought 3 of these's so yes I love them.
They do the job they are designed to do, all have been the animal all different versions I have to say.
We have dogs big hairy ones so they work a treat and they work hard.
Customer service is second to none well done everyone I have spoken to since owning a dyson more than 8 years ago.
But is it me I have to ask or has the plastic gone thinner or a cheaper as it doesn't feel quite the same and the hose plastic feels thinner too(but that might be me lol) I would love to know.
I'm a fit healthy and active 53 year old with three dyson model experience.....
yet to try one that is actually user friendly - every model is too heavy and the attachments are definately not user friendly-even with a pull along - don't pull the hose too far because it will split- and no- even with the hepa filta- it does not pick up dog hairs and our latest seems to have an aversion to picking up any type of fluff- hugely overpriced heavy and not user friendly
We had a problem that we could not solve via their website so had to ring them. Spoke to a real person who knew the product, he talked us through all the things we could try but when none of these worked he got the spare part to us within a couple of days. What more could you ask for? Brilliant
Dyson vacuum cleaners are exceptional quality and so far nothing has tempted me away from the brand.
Also, when experiencing minor difficulties, calling the helpline and the staff are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to ensure their products are the best they can possibly be.
A great example of British excellence!
I have always found Dyson products to be great, not the cheapest but good quality and covered by a guarantee that I feel I can trust. Staff at the uk call centre are polite & knowledgable. They even called me to confirm the correct serial number after I sent in a registration card. Only took a second but not many other companies would bother.
I am in love with my Dyson DC 25! Lives up to all the manufacturer's claims. Simple to use, amazingly efficient. It was my best buy of 2011 and has made cleaning so much easier - even with a dog and two giant rabbits!
Our Daughter bought us one of the Vacuums and we think its the best we have ever used should have bought one years ago, instead of the cheaper lookalikes
I just love my Animal Dyson having a dust allergy these are the best ever vacum cleaners , so powerful and efficiant and all parts easily come apart to clean well done Dyson
Bought a Dyson (DC8 I think) and have beeen very much impressed with both the product and the customer service.
Customer Services sent me spare parts through the post without question when it was 4.5 years old, and they were open 7 days a week til 10 at night.
They were polite and helpful throughout, and the part arrived in 2 days.
Would definitely buy from them again. What a great product, what a great company.
I have owned a dyson for 8 years and will never ever use any other make. The Customer Service staff are brilliant.
I have pet's and have never found another item that gets floors/rugs as clean. We own 2 Dysons, one for the house and one for the basement. love them both. Cyclone Technology is what it is cracked up to be. want to get a small one for the car. Just a matter of time
I have an upright and a hand held vacuum from Dyson.
I have had a problem with a faulty battery on the hand held but was able to get help from the service centre (on a public holiday) and they stepped through the trouble shooting, accepted the fault and dispatched the battery. I had it in three days.
I have purchased accessories from them directly. Pricey but good quality.
I bought a DC 25 Animal vacuum cleaner and it is QUALITY.I would recommended friends-family for their product defo!
I bought a Dyson DC02 cylinder some years ago, its suction was appalling, I binned it and bought a Miele Cat & Dog, which is still as good as the day I bought it (10 years), AND it was cheaper!!! When I see Dyson desk fans on sale for the best part of £200, it makes me angry. £200 pounds for a bloody fan! What a con artist SIR James is!!!

used dysons for years, sturdy well made cleaners does exactly what its supposed to. never had to return or have one repaired yet :)
Had mine for a few years, love it best vacum I ever bought!!
Recently suction was not as it should be called them up, So I thought out of warranty no chance of it not costing me!! WRONG!!
They arranged courier pick up and return to factory for repair.
My dyson was returned to me as good as new @ no charge
TY dyson
Have a Dyson washing machine and have a problem with the outer door. Tried to book an engineer to fix it and was told it would take a week! (1 week!) because they had to get the door to him. He turns up a week later without a door! Totally unwilling to do anything else. Off he goes and I try to talk to Dyson again about it. They put me on hold for about 15 mins and I eventually hang up. Then I get an email confirming an appointment with the same stroppy engineer who calls me later to say I have to pull out the machine myself (small female!) because he won't do that! At this point I completely gave up and will go and buy myself a Miele or Bosch!
I bought a Dyson vacuum cleaner just over a year ago. The design is very clever, the way all the bits snap together and snap apart, although there are a lot of weak plastic bits involved which tend to break easily. The product comes with a 5 year guarantee, which is excellent. Recently a tiny bit of black plastic snapped off at the end of the hose which meant that the hose no longer stayed attached (bad design, very weak). I 'phoned customer services, it took a little while to get through, but I got to speak to a very helpful knowledgable guy who understand exactly what had happened and told me they'd put a new part in the post to me. He explained very clearly how to remove the old part and fit the new one (very simple once you know how).
Excellent customer service.
Possibly the most impressive and responsive Customer Service I have ever experienced. Our 5 year old hoover blew up and for £69 a dyson engineer fixed the hoover the next day and also arranged replacement parts to be sent by post. The communication is outstanding and reinforces my belief that there are professional companies out there that care about their customers 5 STARS
