It was difficult placing my order

The young lady i spoke to could not initially recognise the parts I requested and my bill was addressed to a "Mr R Anscombe"!! my name is Mr C Wood.

    Good Morning Mr Wood,
    I must apologise for the difficulty you had placing your order, our staff are trained to help customers with all of our products but as you have highlighted field gate ironmongery knowledge is obviously lacking, thank you for bringing this to my attention, we will be addressing this issue. As to the mix up with your name the only explanation I have is that the screen wasn't cleared properly from the previous order, again I apologise for this error and will ensure this will not happen again, thank you for your feedback.
