Very good:
Items are very well priced, well packaged and arrived quickly.
I was sent 2 exact handles within one of the boxes, which was rather confusing for a while (hence only 4*). On being made aware of this the problem was dealt with to my satisfaction.

Promised delivery excellent but screws for product wrong size!
Congratulations to you for the carrier, DPD, which you used for delivery to Northern Ireland. They kept me fully informed of the expected delivery time and requires only a two hour slot for me to wait in. They arrived after one hour.
However, I had ordered sash window latches which were fine but the screws provided for them were too big. The screws did not fit flush with the level of the latch, which they should have because they were too long and the head broke off the first screw because of the ill-fitting. I had to buy new correct (20mm) screws from Homebase at a cost of £1.99.
You should ensure this won't happen to other customers.

Good quality products at a very reasonable price
I always shop around when looking for products and read reviews on items and suppliers before buying and I was not disappointed with this purchase. Good Service, but!
The parts arrived quickly and were exactly what I ordered. To surprise and disappointment my home phone number (Which is ex-directory) and my email address were easily wiewable on my address label of my package. As I work in the security industry I am unnerved by this procedure! Other than that, everything was fine.

Quality products and great service
I paid a reasonable price bit still got really good quality kit, and it was delivered by DPD who text me in the morning giving a 1hour delivery window (16:08 to 17:08). Van pulled up at 16:07 and parcel was in my hands at 16:08. Brilliant!
