Despite a mismatch in the delivery the order was handled correctly. Great aftersales, the issue was solved directly and some goods were sent afterwards within short notice. It's a recommendation for other webshops!

HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS GREAT SERVICE
Ordered seven door handles and bathroom lock and opted to pick them up from e-hardwares premises.
I was greeted by the owner! A really friendly guy and you could tell this was a family run business that really cares about the service they provide.
The rose handles were of exceptional quality and i would still have been impressed if they were three times the price.
E-hardware deserve every success.

excellent and fast delivery
I ordered some door handles at 2:30pm and they were delivered by 12:30pm the following day!! I had ordered a bathroom latch set but omitted to order the plate, I emailed e~Hardware to ask which one I would need and they emailed me back to tell me, I ordered it and again it was delivered the following day. Fast, friendly and efficient service...would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Easy , all round experience
As far as buying items it was a breeze, and the customer services is excellent, however i have only given 3 stars, due to the products. My husband had quite a time trying to fix the handles and the locking mechanism, and its still not right now.

Delighted with goods and service.
Deciding to purchase some bathroom fittings was a little challenging as no dimensions were provided on the website. However, e-Hardware replied very promptly to my email request, although I wonder how many sales they lose because the dimensions are not immediately available. Once ordered, the fittings arrived very quickly. I thought that the post and packing charge was rather steep, but the goods were extremely well wrapped and I had to sign for delivery (a little over the top given their value and unbreakable nature?) I'm really pleased with the fittings and believe that they are extremely good value, - I looked at comparable fittings on other websites that were considerably more expensive.

Usually good, but they did mess up my last order
Having previously ordered from this company with no problem I ordered another item. The wrong item/s were sent. In fact the invoice was for someone else... I assume they were sent my package. On contacting them by phone they were very apologetic and arranged for another delivery, another day. Would have been nice for them to make some gesture in compensation for me waiting in for another delivery. The product, although what i needed, but in fact the 'dummy knob' was one part of the passage sets I have previously ordered and therefore an expensive option for me to choose. Maybe a better description on the website would be good to have.

Gave e-Hardware a call and the chap i spoke to was very helpful and knew his stuff, cant fault them. The door knobs are a million times better than what i went for from B&Q and well worth the extra cash, which really wasn't much more. Thank you!!
