Products seem fine and I was delighted with the fantastically speedy service. BUT: prices shown on the site did not include VAT.
This is a massively annoying feature on some websites - I have no idea why they do it; surely all it ever does is annoy people? All the more infuriating on this occasion because the VAT didn't show up until the checkout, bumping up the price significantly. I did have another look on google couldn't find the same product anywhere else otherwise I would have gone elsewhere.
The website is well laid out and easy to navigate, the products were sent very quickly but the VAT issue lets it down so I'm giving a three stars rating instead of 5.

Am using again - comprehensive catalogue at good prices, fast! and fair delivery options, well packaged great products and a great service.
Magnets arrived safe and sound in jiffy envelope and in graduated tube to keep them in good shape and isolated.

I was asked by my sister could I find a scrabble set just the tiles cuz Id like them as magnets on my fridge.... great I thaught where to get the set??? I managed to get one from a charity stall at a local market... brilliant ! now for the magnets? so I measured the hole and the depth of the tile and looked online for the "fridge magnets" I needed no one did the right size till... e-magnets came up in google search tadaa!! amazing but there not in stock.. so I emailed them to ask when they would be
3days later Message! there avalable again yayy! so I baught a pack there and then .. and only yesterday ive put the two parts together with epoxy glue and today lovely scrabble tiles for the fridge!!! perfect for the job and my sister is extreamly happy!

Love the plastic box packaging, I have already utilized them for other things.
One request: would it be possible for you write/stick label on the plastic bags stating what size is in there. As the magnets I ordered are so small, I had trouble working out which size is which.

Generally, only 1 type of magnet is despatched in a box but in the case of more than one size being ordered and the sizes being small, then more than 1 bag may be included in any single box
We have taken your comments and discussed with our packaging department who will, when small magnets are difficult to identify, try to individually label the contents of the bag when more than 1 is placed in the plastic outer box

Happy with the products, fast delivery, could have been better presented.
Magnetic sheet a bit curled / damaged at the corners. Magnets [small fridge type] in scruffy old plastic bag with hole in the corner.
Otherwise the products themselves do exactly what was promised and delivery was fast / next day.
