Ordered 2 heaters on line, not realising that E-tradecounter was a local company. They were very helpful and actually telephoned to talk to me. Got the kit within 2 days, will certainly use this company again.
Great radio, sturdy, excellent sound and tunes in easily, flexi aerial great idea as metal ones snap so easily. Quite heavy but wont get blown over in the wind, as have a few radios in the past. Big bad point delivery charge for Scotish Highlands. 30 percent of cost of product, but I could not find the same radio any cheap including delivery even if it was free, so still a good deal, just the carrier is making a massive profit.
ordered 6 low energy exterior floodlights for a job I had, saw them on the web site and were in stock, apparently! 2 days later I was informed they will not be in stock until 4 days after I had scheduled to complete the job.
needless to say I cancelled the order, payment was refunded, it did take a couple of days to show back in my account though.
from this if I was to order from them again, which I don't think I would, I shall ring to confirm stock first.

Already new what the product purchased was like as it was a replacement for something that I had broken.
I posted a review 6 days ago headed 'Very Disappointed' I had placed an order with e-tradecounter for a new Dimplex panel heater which failed to be delivered as advertised, and was advised by e-mail on two occasions that the delivery date was being re-scheduled by approximately two weeks. After posting my review I received a further e-mail from Adam at tradecounter apologising for the delay and offering an alternative heater which could be delivered sooner. The heater arrived today, so I thought I would post a further review to change the rating previously given, although initially disappointed with the service it appears the delay was out with their control and caused by e-tradecounter's supplier Dimplex. E-tradecounter resolved the issue satisfactorily.
The website was easy to use, product description informative, pricing clear and ordering uncomplicated. My order was acknowledged and processed promptly, communication was clear and efficient, my delivery was trackable, and the goods arrived swiftly. If only ordering over the internet were always this straightforward. I'd certainly recommend this company and use them again.
I ordered radiator casters 3 weeks ago now, after ordering it, it was supposed to be delivered within a few days, then it was delayed, after chasing the company via email a few times, giving my contact numbers and asking to be called, I have just got an email to say it should now be delivered on or during the week of 25th November, which is not much help. Hope it arrives. This survey should really be requested after delivery for a more accurate response. So very slow delivery at present.
I have found a really good place to source those difficult to find light bulbs, fittings etc. Where the major DIY warehouses seem to have very limited stock and standard sizes, this is a place where you can find anything you want. It is an rash to use website and delivery was prompt and convenient.
The goods came on time as described well packed and in perfect condition. It's just a pity i ordered the wrong items.
But they do have a returns policy.
So my next task is to order the right one from the same supplier.
Suitable product as desired, with prompt signed-for delivery.
Didn't receive an order acknowledgement by email so contacted customer services. Then received an email saying that there was a delay with the order. Goods then received 3 days later, all ok per the order. Should have received an email explaining the delay before I had to contact customer services?
10 out of 10 I would definitely be buying another one of these before winter sets in

Ordered online from E-trade counter, delivery the following day, item taken to site, fitted the same day and invoiced, my invoice paid the following day. Can't get better than that!!!

A suggestion would be to make your website a little more straightforward for the layman (like me) to use - I found it impossible to identify/find a standard golf ball light bulb - or current halogen/LED replacement...but maybe I'm just thick?!
My only issue is that the query I raised when ordering has been missed and I, therefore, haven't received a response.
Overall, though, very good.
