TERRIBLE - DO NOT BUY HERE
I needed a new shower urgently for a tenant as the old one had broken. I ordered online whilst I was overseas so it would arrive the day I got back (about 5 days later). They confirmed the order and debited my account for the full amount. They then cancelled the order as they had increased their prices substantially 2 days after my order. I only got an email from them 5 days later saying they had cancelled my order and refunded the money, which they had not. I then had to find a much more expensive shower at very short notice. I had to chase them to get my money back which took another week. When I called them, they were extremely rude and basically said tough luck and put the phone down on me. If you don't want hassle and risk losing your money then don't deal with them at any price. You can't trust them.

I am slightly confused and concerned. I have tracked back the Order and email logs, you placed your order on a Saturday evening and on the Monday morning you were sent an email immediately, explaining the shower you ordered was no longer available.
As you paid by Paypal we have no control over them taking the funds immediately, BUT we did refund you on the Monday when we knew the shower was no longer available and sent you another email to that respect.
We take very seriously the accusation that we are not a company to be trusted,we have been trading for 6 Years now and have to abide by very strong Internet Shopping Regulations. I believe your issue is with Paypal for not refunding your payment immediately, as I explained I have reviewed the whole process and logs and are confident my Customer Service Team handled it efficiently.

Delivery Time.
Service was very good and the equipment received in excellent condition and within 2-3 days as orignally specified. I put my mobile phone on the order and asked to be called before delivery but no one called, lucky my wife was at home to receive the order.

I was recently disappointed with etrade counter the other week as when my order arrived some parts was missing today 20may i received my missing parts the staff at etrade counter were very helpful and got the parts with no problem at all when i emailed them to see what was happening they got in touch to keep me up to date despite the problems i would say to people to use etrade counter they have a good website friendly staff to speak to when things dont work out despite all the problems with parts missing i would use etrade counter again

Great service with follow-up information on order progress where required.
I used e-tradecounter to replace the tubes and 2 of the fittings for my under cabinet kitchen lights.
Before I found e-tradecounter I had been told that my fittings could no longer be obtained and that I would have to replace the whole system (they had been fitted in 2002).
Not so! - Thank you e-tradecounter for stocking what I required and for saving me from an expensive and time consuming job.
