Excellent, customer service, product and delivery

Started out well
I ordered my product as I wanted to install it at the weekend and the 2 to 3 day delivery allowed for a day's delay. About a couple of days after ordering, rather than a delivery, I received an email saying there would be a delay but I would have it in within 5 working days. I have had no further emails and still no deliveries. I have given it 2 stars as at least they kept me informed - initially. I might add a postscript if, and when, my goods arrive.

Did it exactly!

Good delivery. Good product. Bad instructions.
Happy with delivery and product. However the manual is completely inaccurate regarding the wiring instructions which I'm glad I didn't follow. Not quite sure how they can get it so wrong. Presumably I may have damaged the light if I'd followed the instructions. Anyway the light is great and working exactly how I wanted.

We are a little confused by this review as I can see from your order that you placed it on Saturday 2nd, and we shipped it on Tuesday 5th along with a shipment notification.

Product and delivery good in a confusing product area.
Another retail store sold me the wrong product. It's an odd size, not the most popular. e-trade counter supplied from my phone enquiry. Product specification unclear and further information would have helped ensure full satisfaction. Delivery very good.

Company was a joy to deal with.
Ordering was very easy. Product arrived very quickly and a one hour time slot on day of delivery meant you didn't have to wait in all day. The front mounting plate of the heater had been bent during transit but this was replaced immediately without question. Overall the company was a joy to deal with, they were easy to contact, polite and friendly. Any problems were dealt with immediately and you were kept informed of the progress of the order by email at every stage. Thank you e-tradecounter.

Out of stock after I'd ordered
Found the small tube heaters I wanted. Ordered them Friday morning and on Monday afternoon, I received an email informing me that they were out of stock and I'd have to wait another 7 days. So, it took them almost 2 working days to figure out that they didn't have them in the first place. Not good enough. I won't deal with them again.
Cancelled my order and bought elsewhere.
The lady I called to cancel was nice and friendly. If it wasn't for this lady, I'd have given one star.

Just a tubular heater, but just the job!
We hope it will be just the job - not fitted yet!
Purchased to provide a permanent low heat supply, which will hopefully prevent the build-up of condensation in a small cloakroom with outside walls.
Was kept informed that item had been posted and to expect delivery - much appreciated - and it arrived within two or three days.

Take advice from the SME's...
I wish I had taken their, (Adma's) great advice, which I only took advantage of after I purchased the product. The product was in perfect order and delivery was super fast...it was a purchasing mistake on my part. The point is, had I taken their advice first I would have been even more satisfied with the service; professional, subject matter experts when you call and get straight through. Brillant, shame on my part!

Shocking
Bought 4 lights and paid for next day delivery then received email 10 mins after placing order stating not in stock. Promised refund of postage but nothing happened. Delivered 7 days later!!

thermo tube
I was very pleased with the service which I received when ordering a thermo tube. After I had ordered it online, it only took 3 days before I received it. I have now fitted it to the wall in our closed in balcony, and I am very impressed with it. From the reviews that I did see online, people have said that it does help condensation, so it will be interesting to see if it does what the website and the reviews says.
