Disgraceful company and developers!

EA should all be thrown in jail for the state of Battlefield 4! They're so quick to release the game to grab peoples money. It's plagued with bugs, you're unable to get into multiplayer games and even when you do you can't get 2 foot without being shot by a sniper which is the only class everyone seems to pick! The teams should be balanced allowing no more than 1 sniper per squad. Lack of thought and effort going into the game and it's completion without bugs! I for one will never in my life buy another EA product!

Svindel af den værdste skuffe

Da jeg fik mn nye PC, ville jeg installere SIMS 3. De første spil blev installeret, men så startede problemerne. Den advarede on at det installerede materiale var nyere end det som skulle til at blive installere. Stor undren. Jeg foresatte med at inatallere resten af spillene og skulle så opdatere. Alt gik fint intil det til sidst alligevel ikke kunne opdatere. Da PCen kørte på Win8, mente jeg at dèt var problemet, men nej. I sidste uge blev Win8 udskiftet med Win7. Da jeg her til aften installerede SIMS 3, sagde spillet ad det skulle opdateres. Det gjorde den på alle spil-dvdèr, halvvejs igennem, indtil den pludselig ikke kunne opdatere mere. Jwg afinstallerede alt det jeg havde installeret og smidt alle SIMS 3 spil i skraldespanden. LORTESPIL og LORTEFIRMA. Det kan jo ikke betale sig at brokke sig. EA er jo alligevel ligeglade. Nu har de filks penge, så de har jo opnået hvad de ville. Man kan jo osse se havd de mener om kunderne eftersom de ikke svarer på folks klager. Havde de bare svaret på nogle af klagerne og fundet en løsning på de problemer der er, ville det være godt, men det gør de ikke.

Hvordan kan i have så lav service ? hvorfor virker jeres produkter aldrig optimalt ? hvorfor skal det tage så lang tid at få en ny kode når koden i kassen er invalid?

Små firmaer klarer sig bedre

EA - Er et stort firma og så gør de ikke så meget ud af det fordi de har alt hvad de har brug for. De tjener dog på hvis de har lavet et nyt spil.
Origin - De har lavet Origin fordi de skal sikre sig penge. Så holder de en høj pris for noget lidt.

Dog holder små firmaer sig bedre for de har brug for penge så de må holde godt, selvom de ikke kan gøre det perfekt som de store firmaer har mulighed for, men ikke gider.

LORTEFIRMA

Origin som er EA's er det rene lort. Har lige spildt 300kr på Simcity fordi origin ikke virker en skid.

The Origin to all bad.

Min 10 årige søn købte en hulens masse Fifa points på PS3 Fut 13, jeg kunne se på EA hjemmeside at det var muligt at få pengene tilbage vare man klagede inden 14 dage efter købet, efter 3 uger siger de at det ikke er EA eller Origin, men derimod Sony PS3 som jeg skal henvende mig til.
Det er et spil fra EA og man skal være medlem af Origin, nærmest umuligt at finde ud af hvordan man kontakter kundeservice med mail eller chat, det er kun Sony Ps3 der er sværere at komme i kontakt med.
De burde ikke have lov til og kalde det kundeservice, der er simpelthen ikke nogen kundeservice, de har noget damagekontrol kørende, men jeg er sikker på at der går ikke mange år så er deres salg faldet så voldsomt at de så vil prøve at få en virkelig kundeservice.
De eneste der skriver positivt om kundeservice er dem der har et problem med og bruge penge på deres Origin konto de får fandme hjælp mens dem der har et problem med at der forsvundet penge på kontoen eller andre problemer som f.eks uauthoriseret køb de får ikke hjælp.
jeg fik en mail efter 10-12 dage hvor de sagde at de havde modtaget en mail men hvis de ikke hørte nærmere ville de lukke sagen, det er simpelthen bare for meget.
Igår fik jeg så en mail fra Origin med et "tilbud" på FIfa 14 , køb Fifa 14 og få 400 kr det er endda falsk reklame da man først skal købe fifa 14 for at få en rabatkode som man kan bruge 5 gange og den har en værdi på 80 kr pr gang dog skal du købe spil eller andet for mindst 240 kr pr gang så ikke nok med at du skal købe fifa 14 du skal også købe for 1200 kr mere for at få 400 kr i rabat, tror ikke den slags reklame er lovligt i Dk men hvad fanden går det så går det.
Desuden er der jo spørgsmålet om hvem man køber af, er det Origin eller Sony ? og hvilken af de to firmaers ikke eksisterende kundeservicer skal man kontakte når man har problemer.
Tror ikke der sidder nogen der kan dansk i EA´s såkaldte kundeservice.

Worst company motives i have seen

EA care about money and that is all they have launch titles which are unplayable, dlc is overpriced and they dont give you enough content. they introduced online passes to stop you from buying used games unless your willing to pay £8 for the online section. customer service in the past has been awful and i feel as though they tell every customer the same thing of 'we are looking into it'

No service at all

for two weeks ago, i opened at case about stolen players in FUT ,and they say that they answer after 1 or 2 days, but they didn't. så i closed the case again and opened a new one with hope of an answer of my problem.... my patience ran up, and i made a new team, with the low amount of money that they guy that hacked my account left me with...

Deres servere fungerer slet ikke..

Det er helt håbløst at et så stort firma kan have så elendige servere og man skal ødelægge sit online spil pga. dette pis!

Der findes ikke en supportafdeling hos EA.

Jeg har kontaktet EA om at Origin ikke vil acceptere min CD-key til Mass Effect.

Jeg startede med at oprette en sag (kontakte en spilrådgiver skriftligt). Jeg ventede lidt over en uge før jeg skrev en kommentar på sagen, i håb om at de bare havde overset den.

Jeg ventede et par dage mere før jeg ringede til dem. Sad i kø i ~15 minutter uden noget info om hvor langt i køen jeg var. Jeg lagde på.

Jeg ventede lidt over en uge mere før jeg ringede igen. Denne gang sad jeg i 30 minutter, stadig uden tegn på om der overhovedet findes en supportafdeling hos EA.

22 dage efter jeg oprindeligt oprettede en sag har jeg ikke hørt fra dem, på trods af de lover skriftligt tilbagemelding på en sag inden for 24 timer.

Jeg tror ikke der findes en supportafdeling. Jeg vil gøre alt hvad jeg kan for at undgå at have noget med EA at gøre igen.

(Og så vil jeg gerne give props til Coolshop som vælger at gøre op for EA's problem ved at sende mig en fysisk kopi af spillet, gratis.)

"Fans" instead of Customers, care about stockholders ahead of customers

I have been with EA for a very long time as a customer. My first purchase was Need for Speed back in the 90's when the company was really starting to make headway. They were a great company then and took care of their producers (such as Maxis) and let them create truly terrific games. Then Bradshaw took over the company back in 2005 again and it all went to hell from there. Ever since Bradshaw shifted the focus of EA, all the original employees from Maxis have quit, including the mastermind of all of their incredible games (up to 2008) Maxis himself, for ruining his dream game. This company will screw you over in every way possible, from producing half-ass, rushed games to banning you for even requesting a refund on a faulty product. I personally was screwed over by EA in their latest release, SimCity. This game not only didn't work on release, when it finally did work, the game itself had so many game breaking flaws, it wasn't worth playing! Avoid purchasing EA games as much as possible.

Money First. Screw Customers.

I haven't bought or played the new SimCity but I have played a bunch of other games published by Electronic Arts. I have been following this uproar of negative feedback from consumers recently, especially about SimCity and it really seems like EA only cares about money. Compare them to Rockstar Games. I love the GTA series and every new game that comes out the developers seemed to have listened to the people who buy and play their games. But EA? Not a chance. They make a game and bank on it that people will buy it. Obviously children will buy it, especially if the package is shiny. They buy great companies like DICE and Maxis and they ruin the game just to make some cash.

Even worse, they try to silence anyone who has revealing information about them and their lies. For example, on the official SimCity forums a post reveals the ease of offline play with a simple mod. This is important and crucial to their PR because they said the game had to be online and connected to the internet to run properly because of DRM. Some moderator of the forum then proceeds to delete the post. Go figure.

Last and certainly not least is EA's stranglehold on it's consumer base. People always say that they will never buy an EA product again. Bullshit. EA is one of the biggest publishing, developing, marketing, what have you, companies in the world. I have personally never said that I will never buy from EA again because of games like FIFA, Battlefield and other huge titles. I may however find a way to obtain said games without having to throw money at a company, which doesn't deserve it in terms of how they treat their customers.

I highly encourage any reader of this to really research Electronic Arts. I'm not saying go online and type in "How EA games sucks" or "Why shouldn't I buy from EA." Do some deep, factual, clean research on Electronic Arts.

Ikke muligt at komme i kontakt med EA Support.

Hej EA,

I er det værste firma hvad angår kundesupport og brugervenlighed - det helt absurd.
Jeg kontaktede EA's DK for at få ændret min e-mail (de kan man åbenbart ikke selv gøre manuelt inde på Origin) og de tager aldrig telefonen, derefter oprettede jeg en tråd på Answer HQ, og så fik jeg et svar på hvordan, jeg kan kontakte livechat.

Så havde jeg skrevet med livechat i 39 minutter, derefter overfører de mig så IGEN til det danske nummer, som aldrig tager deres telefon.

EA, i skal fandme til at stramme jer op og blive til det professionelle firma i var engang. I pisser på jeres kunder.
