No effort
I purchased a pair of garden clogs but unfortunately when I tried them on they were too small. I phoned Easy Wellies and spoke to a nice gentleman who said that it was no trouble to exchange them for a size larger and we discussed the way to parcel up the original clogs for collection by courier. They next size clogs arrived as agreed - they fitted and so I am extremely with the quality of them and the comfort.

All round excellence
With the help of the clear website layout and design I found exactly what I was looking for straight away.

I love these willies they are long in the leg, very warm and so stretchy that your jeans don't move about and your socks stay put!!

very speedy delivery
Good strong rubber clogs (Muddies) with substantial sole. Could have done with a little bigger lip to the heel as they tend to slip off at the back, but they're very comfortable and ideal for the gardening I do.

10/10 for product and service - both fantastic!
Absolutely love my new wellies - so comfy and so light - I don't feel like I'm dragging around heavy lumps like I used to with my old ones. And they look great too - streamlined and really well designed.
And great service from Easy Wellies - excellent comms re delivery, option to easily reschedule if delivery didn't suit etc.
Have a feeling these will last a long time, but when they reach their end I'll definitely be back for more!

great price, quick delivery but 1 pair had a small hole in so not waterproof
great design, sale prices good and delivery quick however one pair had a small hole in so is not waterprrof. Given I paid £9.99 not worth the hassle of returning!

Fabulous service from ordering to receiving perfect product
From placing my order for "welligogs country boots" to receiving them I cannot fault the service. My order went through quickly and efficiently, I placed the order late Tuesday night and received a txt message on Wednesday to say could deliver Thursday, even giving me a window of one hour within the time they would be deliverd (between 11-12 in my case) or preference to another day or leave with a neighbour if need be. I made sure that on the delivery day that I was in and they arrived at 11.05 by James the named driver. The welligogs were perfectly packed and I am extremely pleased with them. They were also a brilliant price,cheaper than on any other website. 5********** service, I would deffinately use company again

Wellies at good prices and delivered fast
I have been having trouble finding a pair of wellies that I could get on. I have extra wide size 13( UK) feet and a high foot which makes it near impossible to get my foot round the bend at the bottom of wellies. I spotted these mid length Bogs wellies at Easy Wellies and figured that they might be flexible enough to accommodate my feet.
The great news is, that not only can I get them on and off easily, but they are also wide footed very light-weight and comfy. I am just praying for a suitably wet day to try them out!
Easy-Wellies price was the best in the market, their delivery was prompt and the boots arrived in the original box with good packaging.

Helpful staff and good products
I was unsure what size gardening shoe to buy so I phoned and explained that I took a wide fitting so didn't know whether to order my size or a size up. The kind lady on the phone spoke to someone in the warehouse that als took a wide fitting in my same size and got him to try the gardening shoe and then called me back. When the gardening shoe arrived it was a perfect fit.

Brilliant easy to use site and excellent customer service
This site is brilliant. It is so easy to use. Whether looking for funky wellies, wide calf, neoprene, dog walking or whatever type you want, you type in what you are after and it tells you the best options for you, so I was able to narrow down my search. They also have reviews on the site and pictures too of thr tread they might have. I spoke to a customer advisor on the phone, Paula and she was so so helpful and we ended up chatting away about the options as I thought my boots were a bit too big . i contacted 3 times and every time, she spoke to me like she was a friend trying to help but being totally professional at all times. I have only had my wellies a week and already, I have told 2 people about this site and I am sure, they will buy from this site also, when they next need wellies :)

Very easy and informative web site
The website contained more data on the product than most others. Box was quite squished, but that is hardly important. Shipping via UPS to New Zealand enabled live tracking of the expected arrival date.

Awesome in every way!

Great Value, Fast Service
When I need a new pair of gardening shoes I immediately thought of Easy Wellies as I had used them some years ago and found the service excellent. I was pleased to see that the service is still excellent. In fact it was so excellent that the goods were despatched about 3 hours after I placed the order.
The prices are also very competitive.
I will certainly use this company again and would have no qualms about recommending them to friends.

Returns were made easy
I found the Easy Wellies site easy to use. Had useful instructions to help with ordering sizes and even though I managed to order a size too big, the swapIt option was very handy. Deliveries were prompt and with the swapIt option, email and text messages appeared on the day of delivery to let me know when it would be delivered.

I had some trusted gardening shoes called muddies - searched everywhere but they were discontinued. Found the lookalikes on the easy willies site and if anything they are a slightly better quality than the originals - I am delighted.

Sales and customer service the way it should be!
Easy Wellies were a pleasure to do business with. Great communication via e-mail from the moment my order was placed. The option to change delivery date to suit and getting an e-mail the morning of delivery to provide a 1 hour time slot for the package to arrive was great. Why can't all online retailers work this way.
