Really comprehensive website, easy to order, fast delivery
The wellies arrived quickly. The box was not great (it was a birthday present so mattered a little) but it still wrapped up OK. Great quality Aigle wellies, at a good price. Your site is really good at helping the customer find the right sort of wellies - these were mainly for dog walking so that immediately helped me narrow the choice down.

Very fast delivery, would use again.
Purchased some wellies in the sale, were delivered exceptionally fast and the company kept updating me regarding estimated delivery which was great. Only drawback is one of the wellie prints is a little damaged, however, for the price paid and what I wish to use them for I can't grumble.

The website was easy to use, almost too much choice but lots of sizes, styles etc available. Placed the order and then the wellies cam next day as I'd used the next day service. Boots beautifully packages and very much appreciated by my husband on his dog walking duties..warm and comfortable.

brilliant service, shame about the wellies
I was looking for a pair of wellies to replace my Aigles which have worn out after 3 years of fantastic service. Although I am disappointed with the wellies I am extremely impressed with the service provided by Easy Wellies. The website is easy to use and the delivery is unbeliveably efficient. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to a friend.

Shopping made easy.

Exactly what I wanted, delivered quickly - both times
I've ordered twice from Easy Wellies and both times I've been really impressed. They kept me well informed by email about delivery, the wellie clogs are brilliant (I keep them by the back door for trips to greenhouse, washing line, or just gardening). Mum saw them and wanted them too. Lovely.

Very helpful and good customer service
They were very helpful when I had a problem and the customer service could not be faulted. The products were good but the sizing was totally unpredictable and therefore I probably wouldn't use again unless for children's boots. It is hopeless to buy boots online if you cannot predict the accuracy of sizes.

Excellent service
Excellent service, even though the boots I ordered were not suitable for me, they were too heavy. They were very good quality and at a reasonable price. I was updated by text regarding delivery, which was within 48hrs of ordering.
Unfortunately, I had to return the boots, but that was easy too, and the cost was credited to my account within a few days.
I will definitely use this company again and recommend it to friends.

Exemplary customer service - companies really need to learn from how Easy Wellies do business.
a) Very competitive pricing of goods.
b) Organisation and dispatch - I ordered my Wellies at around 13:15 on one day. Received notification of their dispatch later the sameafternoon (around 15:40) - and (despite only opting for the standard delivery option) the goods arrived at 13:00 the following day.

I used easywellies to order a gift for my niece. The website was clear and easy to navigate, the product range was good, the price was very good and the item was delivered in two days (using standard delivery). Great service, great product!
Great service, great product! I even got an email to say the Royal Mail had my parcel and would attempt to deliver the next day, and then they did and I received another email from Royal Mail to say it had been delivered. Very efficient.

Miss Predictable Wide Fit Wellies
I ordered these in size 4. I have a wide calf fit. Usually it is very hard to find ones that fit well. These are great for size!

Very good advice for the old and bewildered trying to keep fit and moving even in bad weather.
I ordered a pair of wellies one Sunday when there was no one available to give me advice and then I got cold feet (nothing to do with the wellies). The next day a lady kindly cancelled that impulse buy and adviced me on the best wellies for my needs. After ordering the size that I normally buy for shoes I thought that they were too small as I had great difficulty in getting them off, in fact I thought that I would have to go to bed in them!! So after just about removing my feet as well as the wellies I decided to phone Easy Wellies for advice. I spoke to a very friendly lady who went to a lot of trouble to give me the appropriate advice on the size of wellies that I needed. I then did a swap for the next size up and these proved to be excellent and just what I needed. The advice was very good and the swapping procedure was quite painless, so all together a very pleasant experience all round.
