Total scam or just total incompetence???
Order placed 13th December 2010, payment for goods taken from my account on 23 December. Chased order by email on 04.1.2011. Managed to actually talk with customer service on 9.1.2011 after holding on phone for 35 minutes (Cost to me of 35 x 10p = £3.50). Told that goods were sent on 30.12.10. As I have not received them I was told to notify them in writing. So I sent a second email (9.1.11) asking for my goods or a total refund and still I hear nothing. Is this a total SCAM ???
