Catherine helped me through finding which service would deliver to Northern Ireland. Reasonable price for UPS, but best of all Catherine saved me looking through lots of carriers to find out who does Northern Ireland. Many companies do not refuse untill you try to pay after lots of typing that ends up wasted.

I can't recomend P2GO highley enough. I have been using them for over a year now, The only problem ever experienced has been due to me not them and they still managed to find a quick, free solution. I've been using Royal Mail for nearly four years and since their latest price increase on 2nd April 2013 I've walked away from them. My spend with them was nearly £500. a week. I searched the internet for a new courier but HATED and WORRIED whoever I went with would mess things up for me and my customers so I did a trial run with Parcel2Go with three deliveries. I can tell you now, I haven't been back in the Post Office que since. I'm now using Parcel2Go, the online courier service. I can tell you this...I wish I had found them sooner. I'm gutted knowing I've been paying through the nose for the same service I got from Royal Mail. My savings on postage are over 50%!! A £6.90 parcel with Royal Mail costs me between £2.75 and £3.99 with Parcel2Go and it gets there at the same speed as recorded delivery 2nd class. Unbelievable! My Customers get a better deal and I too keep more of my profits in my wallet. I should also add, if, like me you are cautious about organising your deliveries online...DON'T BE WORRIED ABOUT A THING! You don't even have to input your customers addresses. Parcel2Go just automatically transfer them from my web site and eBay. All I have to do is click on which price I want to pay and which courier to use. Then I print off the label, stick it to the parcel and that's it. Someone will call for the parcel or you can drop it off at your local shop for collection. It's BRILLIANT! No more deadlines for 5.30pm at the Post Office. I drop my parcels off at my local shop right up to 10.50PM every evening and they're off the next morning on the way to my Customers. Here's the best bit. If you have a concern, a problem or you are not sure about anything, you get to speak to the staff at Parcel2Go STRAIGHT AWAY!!! Online help assistants Like Matt and Ashley, who I spoke with earlier are there to take care of your every need. If you are still not convinced I would suggest you log on and send one parcel through them. You'll never go back. I hate change personally. We all have some bad habits which we cling to. But Royal Mail, well, let's just say......."I've kicked that habit into the long grass...where it belongs!" You've got to log on to Parcel2Go even if it's just to see who they use to deliver your parcels. You'll be VERY surprised who shows up on there distributors lists and even more surprised at the difference in price for the same services you get from Royal Mail. Last week I wouldn't have had time to do a review for any Company. I would have been too busy running up and down to the Post Office. Now I'm off for a coffee and to fulfill another bad habit which I've yet to conquer...Smoking. I hope this review persuades you to give them a try. It's simply plain foolish to throw your hard earned money away using anyone else. Your Customers will thank you for the extra savings you pass on to them as well! I just wanted to say that i'm so pleased and happy with everything, the dress that i order wasn't just beautiful but it was feting me perfect and the shoes and everything and the bridesmaid dress was perfect, all was perfect and also the fact that it arrived so fast, bottom line i'm more then happy with what they've done for me, they're amazing and i thank them from the bottom of my heart cause you help e look so beautiful on my wedding day,
4 times i had to change a order because the other side was messing me about working then he wasnt then it was his birthday then he was snowed in blah blah blah!!! i had to change the collection address, came to the help bit spoke to henry 2 mins later all sorted many thanks!!!! My parcel has been delayed. And not very impressed by Katie - one of the customer service representative. She just told me keeping an eye about the website update. And no further help. Also she hand off the chat service. I have to keep waiting over 10 mins and found out she has already closed the chat. So I have to connect again, luckily different representative Jon give me great help. And asked for ETA for me. Very efficient and useful service. Thanks very much for your help!
I made a mistake when filling in my forms. Contacted Parcel"Go on "chat" and Remi solved it in a few minutes and sent new relevant data via email. I was very impressed with the efficiency and courtesy with which my problem was handled. The "chat" service is fantastic. Other companies could learn a lot from Parcel2Go. Thank you Remi.
