GREAT AIRPORT ACCESS
If you need a place close to the airport in Syracuse, this is the spot. Not to mention that they have a courtesy airport shuttle on the hour/every hour! Great room, comfortable beds!

Mean what you say & Say what you mean!!!
The website was very misleading; even the customer service representative had to apologize and say that it should have been made clearer to the person searching for hotel accommodations. I was booking a room for one night in July and I was not told clearly that my credit card was immediately going to be charge for the entire room; this was not a deposit that you pay in advance but the entire stay. Somewhere it needs to be made perfectly clear you're being charged now!!! Not very pleased... :(

Easy-does-it again!!
As soon as I went onto this site it was love at first sight (site) literally!!. Everything was clearly written, excellent photos and a very well written and informative synopsis of the hotel that I was interested in booking. What I wanted was to get as much information as possible, check available dates, see good photos and reviews and then find the best possible price for the hotel stay. All of these were available at a glance and made my decision to book the hotel as informed as it could possibly be. To put the icing on the cake I got such a special deal when I booked at an amazing price that I have been telling everyone about this site since. Sometimes you come across something special that will make your day ,well this booking has made my holiday and I would recommend this site to anyone where you are guaranteed not be fazed but amazed!!

Best part about the trip was Easytobook!
We were in need of a hotel for an upcoming out of town trip. We visited the hotel websites and emailed the hotel with a couple of questions. We never got any answers from the hotel. We went to the Easytobook website and within a few minutes we had rooms booked, and our questions answered by Easytobook. This was absolutely the best part of our trip, we will use Easytobook on our next trips!

Got needed reservation and payment service quite quickly
Booking and reservation as well as paying was easy. There was though one surprise - the taxes were not included in the hotel price in the internet pages (Trivago). I would like to see the final price right away, otherwise not comparable with other companies prices...
After printing the booking confirmation I wanted to double-check my payment if already ok and taken from my account, so I tried to call to the informed Easytobook telephone number +31 205 313308. This number was not working. So, I had to call to the hotel directly and they gave me another phone number. After all, everything seems to be ok and now I am waiting for the holiday to start and that there are no surprises when arriving at the hotel.

Very easy to book a room, no hassel.
I have been looking for 2 weeks to find the perfect room in Florida. It was by mistake i stumbled up on Easytobook. Which i am very thankful I did. We were able to get an ocean side studio appartment with a beautiful view. Right after making the booking I started calling to make sure everything, I was able to go online and look at the room I had just booked which added to my excitement of the trip. Everyone was very helpful when I spoke to them and were also sharing in my excitemet. We received chairs on the beach with an unbrella and coupons to use while we are there. Thanks Easytobook for making it possible to get us what I wanted for our trip to Fla, and this was with only 4 days before we left to go.... They were a blessing to find. I will continue to use Easytobook for our future travels. There prices were the best i could find after two weeks of stressing, i was going to be able to afford what i wanted!

I CANNOT GET THEM ON THE PHONE
I thought I was going to get a good deal but a mistake was made on date I wanted room for and I noticed it when I received confirmation. I have tried many many times to contact them I selected every available option to get them on the phone. I either got a recording stating due to unforeseen reasons customer service is unavailable at this time. Got customer service is closed at this time. (made a few attempts to call after their business hours) to continuous ringing with no answer at all. I am unhappy with this service and did not want a room on the date reserved! They do not seem to be there to assist their customers. I have contacted my bank to stop the funds (which they already put a hold on) and to have this investigated.

Game Changer
I was so happy to be able to find two rooms at the Greek Town Casino for the date we needed. The hotels own website said their were no rooms available for that date
I don't know how you did it, but thanks again. We had already purchased tickets to the game and really liked the proximity and atmosphere of the hotel. You helped make our weekend and you are a True "Game Changer"

Very good place within very affordable price
It's a quite and clean place to rest eventhough it's very close to all major roads. People are friendly and helpful. Pretty clean place , they also provide good quality shower products, has high speed Internet. The breakfast they provide is ok but you may not be very satisfied if you like to have a big breakfast with various selections. The coffee was good. Overall I would say you will not be disappointed what you get from the money you pay .

Easy to Book- Exactly what the name says.
I found easytobook.com through google's hotel finder. The price of easytobook is comparably more economical. Upon clicking the link through google's hotel finder, I was lead directly to the page of the date&price originally selected in google. So there was no hassle, I didn't have to insert any booking information again, just the payment options. The website is easy to navigate and layout is clean and formatted. I will definitely recommend this to colleagues and friends and family for easy booking and a great cancellation policy for a third party site to the hotel. Thanks for making the hotel that easy to book!

The content on the website describing the hotel was not accurate.
This was probably one of my worst experiences with booking a hotel. Being that I was from out of town, I had to heavily rely on the descriptions of the hotel from your website. Come to find out that those descriptions were unreliable and I had to immediately check out of the hotel and find another.

Easiest Booking Ever!
I was done booking my hotel in about 3 minutes. I chose the room which suited my needs and also with an included breakfast in the price. Other sites did not include breakfast and offered the room for the same price as Easytobook did. This is why I chose to book with Easytobook, they are fast and straight to the point. No surprises.
