Everything went fine with my flight my only issue was when booking I was given the option of window or isle seat and after selecting window was given a seat in the middle or isle both to and from my location. As i booked over a month in advance I fail to believe there were no window seats available at the time i booked. May seem minor but dont see the point of the option if its going to be ignored.
Straightforward to select the flight and checkout but was annoyed with all the bells and whistles that were being sold to me over the course of my journey.
I was recommended to ebookers as I do a lot of travelling and searching for best deals from travel agents online, when I tried this I was absolutely amazed by the cheap deals, customer services from ebookers and most importantly they really do go out their way to ensure you are well looked after as I have hearing disability and was was absolutely amazed that ebookers ensured that the airport services wad aware of my situation and ensured that my needs were provided for! Well done ebookers you have now got yourself a loyal customer for many years yet to come as I shall be using this site and will most recommend this to my friends and family! Keep up the amazing work!

I booked a flight 45 days in advance and the day after need to cancel it. At that time, I am informed that the ticket cannot be changed or cancelled.
Good business practises would be that before you pay the booking company does not hide the information but make very clear near the "proceed" tick box what are cancellation/change conditions... It only needs a few words and make the difference between honest and misleading companies...

The beauty of booking thru ebookers is that it doesn't make you fill in the form as if your entering details of your cv. It's straight to the point basic details, payment info & confirmation given in minutes.
Also a great benefit to note is that you can pay for someone else to travel without the hassle which most airlines don't allow you to do if booking directly with the airline.
I booked a hire car to be picked up at Leeds Bradford airport. Ebookers booking selection has no selection for Ryanair or Airlingus so I had to out a time in of 22:00 at no point did I get told that the Avis car rental closed at 22:00 so when I arrived at 22:25 there was not staff there. Thanks they left me stranded after traveling from Ireland
When you book they say you can get a coupon worth money so I tried. Then I found out
it dosen't apply to me because I live in Canada. I travel eight months out of the year. I
book flights hotels and pass the word on about ebookers to others. When you spend thousands of dollars with a company and you can't get the same offer on coupons as other just because you live in another country it some how dosn't seem fair. Because my job is to do with travel, also something I like to do and winters are so long and cold
in Canada, I live most of my life on the road. I like ebookers but I wish they would treat
all people the same. Especialy some one that spends a great deal of money with them so they don't lose customers that give them lots of business. For the next five months I

I've used ebookers a lot for booking hotels and have always found them great. However, this time I used them to book flights. The experience wasn't bad but I was unable to book my bags onto the flight at the same time as booking my seat. You are informed that you can check bags onto the plane up to two hours before departure by visiting the airline's website. When I tried to do this it would not work. I then had a 'live chat' with one of ebookers representatives who was very polite and was able to assist me with my query. It turns out, that I will not be able to book my bags onto the flight using the airlines website (this facility is only available to customers who have booked directly through the airline's website). Instead, I will have to call the airline (it's not a toll free number and will likely cost a lot). I felt like they should have pointed this out at the time of booking, as figuring out what I was supposed to do to get my bags on the plane was an unnecessary inconvenience.

My experience at ebooking is that I would never reserve with ebooking never ever in my life. I bought 3 tickets at $265 each they withdrew $330 from bank I don't think is fair because they shout be honest and say actual price. Don't believe they are legimiate. Please don't book at ebooking
Booked flight and hotel and was extremely pleased with the price I have paid. The same package with a well known tour operator would have been £325.00 more (which gives me more shopping money obviously)!!
Looking for a flight trough skyscanner I came acrosse ebookers.com. Ticketprice was by far the lowest, booking went smooth. Within 45 mnt I received my confirmation and flightnumber and because my flight was due to leave the next day I could allready check in online at the airlines-site.
I managed to find a promising flight + hotel for my trip to London next month.
Hotels featured on the site are not unique: you'll find similar offers for the same hotels on other sites.
Yet, the type of hotel I was looking for is featured slightly more prominently on Ebookers (affordable, boutique-like hotels in a great location).
Another thing I liked about Ebookers is the relatively basic and no-fuss web page design and the detailed hotel descriptions.
What I liked least about the site is the way the ordering of search results works:
changing from one ordering criterion to another takes a while, and the result of an ordering operation is often bewildering.
I have now booked with Ebookers on two occasions and am totally satisfied. Have to say I was a little apprehensive at first but not so now. The information provided on their website meets all my needs and the system of booking works very well. I am delighted--on the basis of my experience --to recommend them for a cost saving and efficient experience.
Easy site to use and good prices.However on a hotel reservation we wanted to guarantee and pay for the car park. The hotel in Zurich said we should do it through our booking but there was no facility to do that, nor a facility when I went to our reservation. We have had to contact the hotel direct and hope this will be guaranteed as we only booked this hotel because they had a car park! Probably the facility on Expedia is better.
I always comparison shop for airline tickets and eBookers is one of my favorites to compare. They have given me great rates and good service. Besides that, I love the British accent of the booking staff. ;-)
Called customer services to inquire about cancellation of a booking if needed (which wasn't available online - only cancelling with £0 refund). I was then told that for an extra £10 I could organise this. Quick and easy, no fuss, sorted!!
Entered the site seeking the lowest prices shown after a Trip Advisor search.
Everything went well, and was really impressed with the prices until the sting in the tail at the end with the Credit Card charges. £13 on a flight. The flight was expensive, so the overall price absorbed it compared to prices on Expedia, but this wouldn't be the case on cheaper flights.
When you have to go through the entire booking process only to discover this hidden charge at the end - it can be a serious waste of time - as the lowest price turns out not be be so, and you're back to researching other booking sites.
A quick, efficient and altogether fault-free experience using cash for one ticket and NatWest points for the other. Flights were registered with the airline within minutes where there was no problem modifying the seat allocation. Would have no hesitation using ebookers again for any of our travel needs.
