We booked last minute with ebookers and when we got our current hotel to ring through to arrange pick up from the ebooker hotel (we were in Bali) they had not received our booking, despite ebookers stating confirmation is instant! Our main complaint here though was that we were given the impression when booking that 'airport transfers' were included. It turns out this was only one way. Why can't you just state: "airport transfers one way only!" We bartered hard on the streets of Ubud to get a good price for a taxi to the airport. Found ebookers frustrating on both the above points.
