Friendly and supportive.. but indirectly felt cheated in terms of money paid ...

I came to know about ebookers from skyscanner.co.in , where I searched my ticket from London to Dubai, and it showed the minimum price is on ebookers.com for my selected flight , so through skyscanner.co.in , I went to ebookers, where I booked my ticket without much caring for the money I have to pay, because I already knew the price from skyscanner and I was very confident that I will be charged the same, but ebookers showed the price in GreatBritainPound, till then also I was very confident that they will charge me same as showed on skyscanner, as they are displaying price on that website and they should agree to it, so I didn't converted the money from GBP to INR, but then I was cheated and charged somewhere Rs 2000 more than displayed on skyscanner. Really sad about this, don't know whose fault is this. but for sure I will never use such websites which are not meant explicitly for Indian customers and cheat while conversion.

Made me feel really comfortable when making my first ever big-time booking.

The agent was friendly and polite, and did not rush me over decisions. When I said I had not made an online booking before and asked if it would be possible to talk to him in person, he phoned me straight away. He explained everything in detail and I could almost see him smile!

Patient and concerned assistance. Very responsive and speedy replies on phone

I had a complex route to sort out, and needed to make difficult decisions. This required a phone call once I had looked on llne. The person who helped me , Fabian. Really did have the patience to keep calling me, until we resolved the mulistop journeys. I am satisfied.

easy to use site.

easy to compare flight prices to different airports.good value prices.only down side, there is excessive debit card charges.

Everything is excellent from the airport in London and the plane was very good and the staf was friendely and their service is excellent, and even the hotel in Dubai is great and wonderful and very nice staf

i just like it

i like this site for the first use coz i got the cheapest ticket and fastest reservation
the ticket was on the regular site 273$ from 2 july 2013 to 15 july 2013
i bought the E.ticket from here for 179$ so what else i need :)

Can't recommend Ebookers enough. Really easy to use and saved me a chunk of money on my flight tickets. Was even cheaper than Emirates website for the same tickets.

Following frustrating flight websites I finally found ebookers!! I was able to find what I wanted quickly and easily, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The prices too were very attractive, approximately 20% cheaper than I had found earlier. As well as return flights from China to the UK I also booked a hire car due to savings that were even more significant. In one short evening I have peace of mind. Flight tickets and a car for 4 weeks in the UK!!

Very easy and quick booking

I can advice Ebookers to anyone who wants to save money but get a good quality of service.

Saved me money, saved me time, got me there quicker.

I travel to the USA a lot, my family live there. Booking online never seems to get easier although I have done it many times using other online flight bookings companies.
This particular booking was done as i was tired of going through opodo as my main concern was traveling time. This is not always evident when booking online and one has to trawl through the listing you are presented with to see how long the true flight travel time is.
I found Ebookers was probably easier than most and cheaper, I checked the air line they were recommending thinking I could get it cheaper by going direct but that was not the case, it was more expensive by about £8.00 not much but enough to convince me I was getting a good deal.
So if you have any doubts I hope this will help dispel them. I am not being paid for this, but I am open to offers!

Another quick and easy booking

This is my second experience of using Ebookers and I will continue to use them for all future bookings. The prices they offer are very often the best available and the booking process is quick and easy. Although the booking I made recently was not the cheapest (only by £1 though), I went with Ebookers due to my previous positive experience. Within 5 minutes I had booked and paid for the flight and received email confirmation. Within 1 hour, I had the ticket number and could access the flight operators website to print my ticket. I look forward to many more transactions in the future as for me, quality of service is just as important as cost.

I was recommended the site by a client of mine and I was most impressed. saved me a load of time and was the best deal.

overall great service, customer friendly website, my only bugbear was the £10 admin fee added to my invoice. A definite point loser!!

Despite the unnecessary admin fee (in my opinion), I would probably recommend to others and use this service myself again at some point in the future.

some problems experienced but otherwise okay

I've chosen this service because I wanted one booking number assigned to the booking concerned multiple flight companies. The booking went fine. Later I discovered a typing mistake and wanted to email ebookers. They don't have a contact email. Nevertheless I spend one hour sorting out (transposing 2 characters in one name) the issue but could not manage that, so I contacted the flight companies directly.

Dear Zoltan- you were not actually charged by ebookers in relation to the error you made with the spelling.

As you booked a retail fare and the airline process the payment for the fare component directly the additional charge you can see from ebookers was included in the total price quoted to you and is our booking fee.

i bought 3 tickets at £660 but 3 days later the same tickets where £591 ???????? so a little upset

Failed booking

Whoever I spoke to originally made a complete hash of the booking. One of 2 rooms 'disappeared' during the booking and I was debited for half the amount for a reservation now useless. The money then needed refunding and I have to wait 2 weeks to get my money back.
Evenually sorted by a another efficient operator Malik.

Very Confused

Prices for flights were unmatched by all other sites a checked. My only concern is that when I purchased a ticket today, i never received any type of confirmation on my email what so ever. On my account there is also no trips listed under my bookings even though the credit card payment has gone through. Has not been sorted out yet, but waiting to see if it will update soon. Only thing I have is my record locator number which will come in handy if it does not get sorted out asap. A little bit of a head ache, wish there was some kind of free non collect number I would be able to call! (I'm Canadian) So overall the price is great but the experience is a little odd!

To spell is gift you learn from your teachers, to type to quickly and not review is a grave and costly mistake.

I booked a flight to Bangkok yesterday for my daughter Nadia Diamond, and either by my mistake or your mistake when I recived the confirmation I spelt her name wrong I put Nadaia, and when I telephoned one of your representive and she contacted the airline company Emirates they said this would cost 85 UK pounds. Can you please answer why such a charge? Oh by the way your rep was good and no faults on her side.

Quick, precise action: just what I needed!

I was looking around at somewhat short notice for a flight to Dubai and saw a lot of good looking offers on various websites. However, they did not materialise in practice until I was directed to Ebookers. Immediate response at original low prices and rapid confirmation by email. Absolutely recommended as first portal of call when looking for flights on the internet.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

Nothing else, but good service

If making multiple bookings, co-ordinating flights, ebookers admin system is laborious and can lead to loss of desired flights

I had a very stressful experience dealing with ebookers, despite the cordiality of their admin staff. Difficulty was that I was making multiple bookings, for USA flights, with different parties departing on different dates but all returning on the same flight. As each journey was treated as a different episode, the confirmation and payment system was long, tedious and repetitive; because of the time taken to transact each journey, it left one exposed to flight costs rising, and for the possibility of not being able to book requested flights, leaving me in particular exposed to the possibility that my 93 year old father may have had to travel from California to Manchester alone! I must add that thestaff were extremely helpful and polite, until the operator made an error and booked the wrong passengers on a flight - this led to a cancellation and I am told it will take 7 - 10 days to refund £1791. - in my view this is not acceptable. In addition to this the first member of staff I deal with also failed to keep his promise to call me back to continue my reservations and I therefore had to start all over . Whole process took approximately 1.5 hours if not slightly more!

I need your help after booking

I enjoyed the process of booking my flights online and I have not had an unpleasant experience when using the Ebookers's service. After having made three bookings, I received three emails about flight booking confirmation yesterday. I suppose there may be something wrong with the content of the first two flight bookings. I have booked two Norwegian Air Shuttle flight tickets so far, but both Airline ticket number are " not yet available " as it said in the emails.I am now worried and wonder what had happened with my booking. I fear this problem would spoil my trip to Norway. I need your help.
