You may want to be sure that your software sends out as quickly as possible an email confirmation of the booking. I had to manually click to get an email of my itinerary. I would expect you should have your software send out the confirmation within minutes of the booking ... otherwise your users are going to hav concerns about whethewr their has been effected.
Otherwise I liked the search capabilities.

Easy to book but care with any changes
I booked a roundtrip to San francisco from Ireland. The booking was easy. Unfortunately I missed my outward flight. The agents in Shannon were helpful, and linked me to ebookers by phone after it was clear that I was some minutes too late to check my luggage and possilbly myself. After 20 minutes on the phone it became clear that not only would my flight not be rebooked, but that the return leg was also cancelled, whcih I didn't want, though I was told it was the airline that cancelled. Only through the good offices of the Delta agent was I booked on the following day's flight and my return leg restored. ebookers were only telling my that my entire trip was cancelled and that I'd get a refund, which turned out to be about £22, less than 5% of the cost of the flights. So think carefully. Do you even want to be sending any of your hard-earned money the way of ebookers?

Our service team contacted the airline who advised that you had already been marked as a no show and as such the ticket was fully non refundable as per the airlines terms and conditions
ebookers.ie are a booking agent and do not control the operational decisions of partner airlines and can only pass onto to the informaiton provided by them.

User friendly booking and wide rage of hotels to choose from
Booking through this website is more user friendly compared to other websites and there are lot of options to chose from.
One improvement suggestion from my side is after booking is done, the user can be provided with the full information regarding the location of the hotel and directions to reach the hotel. This info. is being provided in hostelworld.com

ebookers gave me a get out of jail card
I had a slight quandary as to how to get from Darwin to Cairns in late June. I should have booked things a lot sooner but I had underestimated the road journey between the two cities. I was forced to take a flight. Ebookers managed to get me a pretty economical flight and hotel at relatively short notice. Almost perfect.........
If it wasn't for the fact they got my name wrong.... it would have been a perfect experience. I hope when it comes to printing my ticket they don't decide to write what they want and not what I wrote. Fun and games at check in ahead. Seriously though, apart from the fact I might not be allowed on the plane, it was the easiest, stress free ticket I ever bought. I'll be back!

Some nice features compared to competition but would like to get final price before entering personal details
I liked that for the hotel I was booking that ebookers specified if the room was recently renovated. Having read reviews from people who had ended up in the older rooms I knew I definitely wanted to be in a renovated room. Ebookers was the only website I could find that let me specifically book a renovated room at that hotel. That's why I used ebookers. I normally use Hotels.com and they were giving the same price, but they had no details on whether the room was renovated or not.
I didn't like that ebookers did not flag the parking charges for this Hotel.
I didn't like having to enter personal details before entering the 10% discount code.
It would be nice if websites selling rooms with breakfast not included listed near by patisseries and cafes for alternative breakfast options.

Frustration!!!!
I have booked the same room in Adelaide and on each occasion waited for confirming email within 45 minutes
On neither occasion has it arrived .hHow do I know if I have a booking or not?

Class-So impressed
I booked my stay through Travago which brought up the list of hotels and compared websites. Ebooker had the best offer for staying in galway. The deal was so good. Could not believe that breakfast was included and when i went to book using my mobile i got another 5% off. The hotel was really amazing. I had stayed in a different 4 star hotel the night before but the Clayton was so impressive. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I will use ebookers again. Delighted with the whole experience.

Website easy to use with good offers. Never faced any problem.
Intuitive user interface making that website easy to use.
Transactions are secure. I have booked a few flights, cars and hotels without any problem. Coupons are also available regularly for people who have registered to their mail list. Price wise, eBookers is very interesting.
However, I've noticed some competitors may propose different alternatives for flights which may match betters my needs depending on the airline companies they promote.

Fast, hassle free booking with ebookers!
I recently booked a a hotel for an upcoming trip to Nashville via the ebookers iPhone ap. it took just a few minutes to choose and pay for the hotel. Excellent and efficient service keep up the good work.

Know exactly what you want - where and when, then if the price is good, use them - eBookers), else, don't even think about !
Booked many hotels and flights before, but this time, need to know if I can change the date of the return flight, it took almost the whole week every day on chat and email to seek advice from eBookers.ie where I booked, and paid in full up front.
eBookers use call centres in India and Philippines, and Chat operations. So when you have any query, let alone problems, changes etc, simply going no where with these faceless voice and messages on your screen, to the point that emails came back from eBookers said "cannot help any more by email, but "call their service centre"" !
If these people sitting in India cannot understand or rather, deal with query that is either not in their operational manual, and / or fully understand in their second language, am I wasting my time ?
Yes, I did, the whole week, every day !!!
I booked a return flight with hotel on part of the trip. Simply want to know if I can change the date of my return flight, nothing else.
I was told, after many chats and emails, that if I change the return flight, I will have to change the WHOLE package, that mean I MUST book, and pay, for the hotel that I booked, for EVERY DAY of my trip, regardless I will be in the same city or not, or if I want to stay in the same hotel or not !!!
Anyone can understand that there will be handling charge and airline fee for changing the date of flight, but a 'package' cannot be change etc simply no can do !
Further more, should I book the flight and hotel direct, not just that I can change, within reason and reasonable cost, the overall cost is almost as same as eBookers !!
Now because I booked with eBookers, airline or hotel cannot and will not touch any query, let alone possible changes, I MUST go though eBookers, and with people siting on the other side of the world, frustration is asure ay the very least !!!!
If you are on holiday and everything is fixed, from dates to cost, then consider make arrangement with eBookers, online.
As this time I am on business trip, NEVER will I do this through the like of eBookers.
Period.

easy bookings made simple
friendly customer service reasonably priced flights and a simple to use web site thats what brings me back to ebookers if the value my custom and how i can sell there product to my friends ,family and others by word of mouth then why not reward the customer with a loyalty system every time i book a flight and from new customers ask where and how the got the contact information so the incentive grows thats how small companys make it by passengers regualiry using there service and making the numbers grow and there provit , make a company money by passenger numbers not high unaffordable prices

Smooth and trustworthy operation
There are a lot of websites one can use for internet shopping nowadays. Some are cheaper but we find their sites cumbersome and can't even get some minor details right. For example, one site asks if one passenger is Ms. or Mrs. As a matter of fact, I would like to fill in Miss, but there is no such choice. So I chose Ms./Mrs., hoping it will stay that way as Ms. will stand for both Miss and Mrs. But to my horror, the ticket came out as Mrs. and there is no way I could change it for my daughter. In the end, I had to opt out of that site to choose Ebookers instead. This site I have used a number of times and have found it work well.
