Excellent to deal with, straight forward simple to use website, I needed help with some technical issues and the team there were very knowledgeable and great to speak with. I'm using eroofs for my new garage. All in all really pleased . 10 out of 10 on all aspects from buying to receiving my goods.

Yes, I have read the reviews and spring is always a pressure time of the year but REMEMBER HOW MUCH MONEY YOU ARE SAVING! My decking was delivered late too, but was a third of the cost of a well known national DIY chain that sells BBQ's - Cheers edecks.
I was out when my delivery was due, and as we live on a busy main road, I was worried they wouldn't leave my order (timber for new veranda). It must have taken the driver ages to get the wood over our gate and he took it around the side of the house out of sight. Will be emailing to thank the driver - excellent service.
I've used eDecks on several occasions over many years whilst undertaking two full renovation projects and have found them to be a top class, efficient supplier who bend over backwards to ensure even the most ludicrous, time restrained request is carried out. Staff are friendly and knowledgable when I've had the need to request advice and have often offered an alternative solution to a tricky building problem which has enabled me to save time and money. I would not hesitate to recommend eDecks to anybody and will be calling on their service once again shortly. 5 stars!
We ordered a small amount off decking from them on the 13/02/2014 the website said delivery between 1-4 working days. On the 18th chased the order on the website did not get reply, phoned them on the 19th they found our order and was asked when we wanted it delivered !!!!! Told that it would be delivered on the 21st then had email confirming this, then had email saying delivery would be 20th then had email saying the 21st. Today 21/02/2014 had email from TNT saying they had picked up decking today 21st for delivery on the 24th. First and last time I will order from them. Don't believe eDecks website and don't believe what they tell you over the phone. Simply don't order from them they are a complete waste off time.
my wife and i ordered decking from edecks or kenning as they answered when we called to ask what had happened to our delivery. We were told that the delivery would be delivered in a couple of days even though we paid extra for early delivery and it was 4 days late already. 3 days past and we called back to be told the same thing AGAIN we were told that we will receive an email with delivery date on. We did receive email 2 days later and it said estimated delivery date for the next day so we called to confirm delivery would arrive that day so we could be available to take it we were assured it would arrive and if we were not around they would put it at the side of the house. GREAT guess what it never arrived the following morning i called them from work asking about our delivery and was told i would get a call back when he has spoken to the driver when i received a call i was told they had delivered it this morning and they were not able to deliver it due to hours the driver had been working but he should have called me. When we arrived home we found we did have a delivery that morning and the delivery person had very kindly just thrown it in the front garden damaging pots and shrubs. my wife did call to complain to be told she had to contact customer service via email which at this point we decided not to bother as we would not be likely to get a response. a friend told us recently about this web page we are putting our comments on and she said that we should read some of the reviews so we did some were very interesting some seem to be Bogus fancy people from the same and surrounding towns and cities all leaving 5 star reviews and only about 3 sentences long. i leave to decide the only thing i will say is the decking company we used do not even deserve one star but its the lowest you can leave (stay away avoid the disappointment)
I ordered from this company with lots of reservations as I had rad they're really bad reviews, but as they were a lot cheaper I decided to risk it. The delivery came when it said it would the driver was very helpful, one of the panels was damaged though, so I thought oh no here we go! The driver said I needed to email the company so I signed for it as damaged. I emailed the. And sent a pic they emailed me straight back and said they would re deliver another panel or compensate me for the damage, we agreed on compensation took less than 24 hours they were brilliant. I would definitely recommend them
I rang with an enquiry and the sales staff were extremely helpful, they clearly knew what they were talking about. My delivery came in good time and the goods are of a high quality. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful!
Ordered my new decking through edecks recently and after some consultation with my wife and the edecks sales team (which was very helpful), I made my decision to go with the hardwood decking and I'm delighted with the finished article. Decking looks great and delivered on time. What more could you ask for other than a free gnome maybe!! Would recommend and use again.
I placed my order and was told they would be delivering it on Friday and would have a email to confirm this, I checked the delivery date several times throughout the order as done over the phone and I was promised Friday would be the day. I phoned up on Thursday to double check as I hadn't received my email and to my surprise I was told cant do Friday will have to be Saturday. I explained that Saturday is not really practical as work shift patterns but could take a day off if necessary, after this conversation I received my confirmation email for Saturday delivery......... I phoned up on Saturday about 3pm to check if my delivery was still coming to be told to be told, its P**sing down here and that's slowed the deliveries down (this is word for word, professionalism at its best!!!!!) he took my number and said he will contact the delivery driver and get me a eta and call me back. After about an hour of waiting I called back and was told I have been sent a email updating my order status for a Sunday delivery!!!!!
