i spent £69.90 on 24 luxury red roses and free chocolates guylian chocolates in the pic online, i got sent 24 dying roses the tropical palm leaves are going brown and black near ends. the roses petals are brown/black on tips. also the bunch of roses looks nothing like online there eucalypyus leaves to brake up the colour no site of the leaves, also sprays of hypericum berries well there's loads of the berries the chocolates they sent are cupido nougat & choc Not Guylian like advertised on there site the quality is awful i have seen better flowers at a petrol station. there fancy website and all the stuff on there website drew me to then, but there service is horrible, i wish i had looked in to them abit more. looks like i will be going to my local florist to get my partner some flowers for valentines day..
ordered flowers 2 days before my mums birthday yet they arrived days afterwards , reading other reviews it seems the quality of the flowers is appalling too but as my mum has dementia i cannot check this as she wont know , i dont know how companies like this stay in business , probably cos me and everyone else doesnt read a review first , do not use them
My mum sent me flowers from this site for the birth of my baby girl and they arrived badly damaged without water and looked absolutely nothing like the picture - more like a cheap supermarket bunch we complained so they sent us another bunch however they were exactly the same the box was so badly damaged, some of the flowers were damaged and also again arrived with no water in after sending an email showing the extent of the damaged packaging they would not give us a refund because I didn't have a picture of the damaged flowers I just threw them out. But you could clearly tell from the pictures of the packaging that the flowers were damaged Please do not waste your money or your time absolutely disgusting service my mum was really upset as she had spent a lot of money on the flowers
Ordered flowers and chocolates for valentines, flowers turned up a day late with no chocolates. Customer services tried to blame courier when the parcel was tracked so could see it was not sent on time.
Flowers are too important to risk getting terrible service, I strongly recommend not using this service except at your own peril.
I will Never use them again. I ordered flower for my mum for her birthday from eden4flowers when she received them she was really disappointed. It was a tiny bunch of lilies. I paid £32 for the flowers and deliver . I emailed them twice about it as was not satisfied and the email I got back just said this is what you ordered and the price you pay was correct when I sent the picture of the flowers. There was suppose to be at least 13 -16 blooms but there was only about 10. Not worth it.
I've used Eden twice now. First for flowers last Christmas and for a hamper this Christmas. Recipient most delighted on both occasions. Easy online ordering, precise, prompt delivery and quality product.
I've had no problems at all and will definitely use again.
Absolutely shocking service and attitude towards customers when things go wrong, simply a fob-off lot. Mark Keating seems to be a useless lout, with disrespect for people who pay cash for a seemingly good service, receiving very little in return, bad flowers almost dead and battered packaging and no concern after the fact - horrible bunch. Avoid them like the plague.
