Outstansding although I buy from websites often I have never had such good service.
I have purchased items from Edge and Wax in the past couple of months and have found them to be wonderful. Saw their catalogue in a ski magazine. On one occassion we needed something they stocked it was not on their site so they put it on for us! It was not a high value item (less than £20) and they were great. I have now bought another small item and again great service, great packaging and they have a wonderful range. They know what they are talking about and if you call them they are enormously helpful. An example to all.

First Rate Service
Edge and Wax took the time to explain to me the process of waxing my ski's. The advice was much appreciated and the products ordered were quickly received and easy to use. For anyone looking to maintain their own ski's I'd recommend the advice and products they give.

Speedy service - great price
I'd decided on which ski helmet I wanted and searched around the usual places, including a couple of major national retailers. Then I had the fortune of arriving on the Edge & Wax website.
The helmet was much cheaper than the other stores and with their favourable returns policy I had no hesitation of ordering with them safe in the knowledge that if the helmet did not fit then I could return it.
Payment via Paypal was quick and easy and in a few short days my helmet arrived.
I am extremely happy with it all - the product and the service - and would happily recommend Edge & Wax to anyone.

Great service and value for money.
The cost for biofreeze at my local chemist is £2.50 more per tube than Edge and Wax. I was delighted with the swift service and the saving was fantastic and have already recommended them to my friends and will certainly use this company again.

EDGE & WAX CLICKED WITH ME.
I ORDERED A CAMERA TO FIT ON A SKI HELMET. I WAS KEPT INFORMED BY "E" MAIL AND WHEN I RECEIVED IT EVERYTHING WAS IN GOOD SAFE PACKING. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS NOT SUPPLIED WAS THE "MINI SD CARD" BUT THIS IS NOT EDGE AND WAX'S FAULT.

Regards the SD card, yes, like GoPro this is not supplied with the camera so you can choose a card and capacity to meet your needs! Contour do include a card for example, but it is so small, that it is the first thing we upgrade here :o) Have fun with the camera.

I bought the skis on the basis of your overall description for next season; however, obviously, I have yet to test them out to confirm the accuracy of the specifications. but communications have been excellent and I have a comfortable feeling about Edge & Wax!

Great products and great service
I ordered a ski jacket for my wife, which was easy to do online and arrived promptly. The quality was superb and the price, in the sale, was very good. Unfortunately the jacket was too fitted and my wife prefers a looser fit, allowing flexibility for the number of under-garments. The returns policy was clearly explained in the accompanying paperwork and the jacket was duly sent back. I received a text confirming safe arrival and the money was reimbursed to me credit card promptly. All in all a very good experience and a company that I would certainly buy from again.
