Great service, order received overseas in timely fashion.
I ordered a new set of poles at the end of the season and they were delivered to France within a week and including shipping still way cheaper than I could buy locally.

Excellent Value Hestra Hooves
I purchased a second pair of Hestra Three Finger Mitts as the first pair I bought a long time ago were the warmest gloves I've ever had.The three fingers gives you almost the same warmth as a mitt with the dexterity of a glove. Unfortunately although still functional the leather has discoloured with the passage of time and a huge amount of use, so I decided to renew.
I got a great price from Edge and Wax and will be recommending my ski buddies to buy form Edge and Wax too. A lot of us already use the three finger hestras, which we call hooves, because well that's what they loook like.

Good pricing, issues on delivery
Was attracted to sight by competing pricing. Found the ease prise of the sight frustrating. Especially differentiating between billing and delivery address. Even when this was queried via email by staff members it still managed to get sent to the wrong location.

We have improved the checkout process considerably over the last few weeks, if anyone was to be confused over entering their billing address and shipping address now, I would be very concerned, as it has been extensively tested based on customer feedback. Couldn't be better
Great mix of phone advice, on-line advice, ease of on-line ordering and efficient delivery. Doesn't seem possible that an on-line store could provide a better service than a local shop - but they do! Now I just can't wait to try out my new skis on the slopes!

Excellent customer service
I ordered some brake bands for skis online which incurred a high delivery cost as there were 4 pairs. Someone from Edge and Wax called me the next day to say they would send first class post and refund the delivery cost.

Egde and wax had the skis I was looking for, in my size and at a great price. The ordering was sinple to follow and delivery was quick. Perfect Skis with perfect service!!
After speaking with customer service (who were very helpful) I ordered a set of Head Rev 80 skis. The skis arrived quickly and were freshly waxed. Would not hesitate to buy from Edge and Wax again!

Great price - slow delivery
Great price on the product, but I did have to email through to prompt about delivery as I hadn't heard anything once I'd ordered online. The order was fairly quick after my prompt though!

Fits Like a Glove
Top quality gloves, soft leather palm and fingers, fabric back, removable lining glove and wristbands so that they can dangle without you losing them. Good length gauntlet to cover the cuff area to keep snow out, feel very warm but hard to tell till I get out in winter conditions, all in all very impressed.

Excellent service from start to finish
Delighted with the help I received when phoning for advise on different types of skies. Once I placed my order the service was excellent. I had not made something clear and they phoned to check my requirements before sending out my new skies which I received within a few days of placing the order.
Can't now wait until next season to try out the skies.

Red hot service for ice cool products.
Having got back from skiing in March I really had the ski buzz and decided there and then I wouldn't go another season without owning my own skis.
After seeing some ex demo head skis on the Edge & Wax website, within what was then my pre determined budget, I decided to visit the shop and talk to the staff about them.
Upon entering the shop the staff were immediately helpful and attentive and asked numerous questions to determine my ski style and ideal skis.
Unfortunately the skis I has intended to buy were not well suited for my style, even though they were in budget, the right size, were in excellent / as good as new condition and looked great !!!
However the staff helped me identify the correct paid of skis for me, unfortunately at the time there were no ex demos in that model available and despite being already well discounted were still above my desired budget.
I left the store (under no pressure at all to purchase) and kept an eye on the website on a daily, sometimes several times a day basis praying the skis were further reduced. 2 weeks later my dreams came true and I received an email from Scott advertising a further 12% discount if purchased within a 2 week period. This bought my skis within budget and I hardly blinked before buying them online.
The online experience was great and within a few days my skis were ready for collection.
On the day of collection (I was so excited!) the skis were ready for me immediately and the bindings were set up perfectly to fit my boots.
So in summary - great helpful knowledgeable staff, great service, great products at a great price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend - which coincidentally was how I heard of Edge & Wax in the first place - no surprises my friend highly recommended Edge & Wax too!
Now all I have to do is count down the long months until I can enjoy my new skis - something even Edge & Wax can't help with unfortunately !

Great equipment, good prices, great service...
I ordered a pair of skis and helmet from edge&wax, and I must say I am satisfied. A few day after I placed my order I decided to upgrade the skis which was no problem (excellent customer service). The only small problem was that the skis then where shipped to my billing address ( instead of the shipping address). Anyway, I sorted that out and would of course consider buying from edge & wax again.

Great service and great skis at a great price.
I am absolutely delighted with my gorgeous new skis from Edge & Wax. I've only had rentals before but the website gave me confidence and made it easy to tell which would be best for me to buy - I just can't wait to try them out. Setting the bindings for me was an added, unexpected benefit and I was really impressed to get this, and free delivery for such a great price. I'd been looking to buy second hand skis but at such a great price and with up to date technology it was a no brainer to buy new ones. Top marks!

Brilliant ski gear at amazing prices
I have recently taken delivery of a pair of Scott ski glasses and gloves. Edge and wax went to amazing measures to ensure I received the item I had ordered despite the gloves being out of stock. I received a phone call advising me of the situation and offering me an upgrade of glove or for a backorder be added for a delivery that would take a further 10 days. As the style of gloves was what I wanted, I decided I would wait the extra 10 days.
I must say I am delighted with the quality of both at a truly amazing price.
I wouldn't hesitate to order from Edge and Wax again

Quick delivery and product at a good price.
Ordered a Icebreaker 2013 Oasis Mens Long Sleeve Crew Top from Edge and Wax. Product was on sale at 25% off RRP. Delivered within two days and was well wrapped. Pleased with the garment and pleased with the delivery time. I would use Edge and Wax again.
