"Swerve the ice and shop with Edge and Wax"
I recently purchased a new set of skis on line. The advice I received from Edge and Wax was timely, helpful and very well informed. The skis arrived almost by return and every aspect of the process was well managed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Edge and Wax.

Good shopping experience and hazzle free.........
Well, the website is easy to navigate to start with which is a big plus when you have so many different department and items.
The prices were very keen and of course there is always the "price match" challenge which is comforting.
Check out was simple and the delivery on time so all in all a "hazzle free" experience. The 50 quid free delivery is a good reminder to bag in all in a go too.
Oh and the product description was spot on ...
I particularly like the part "do you need it?" helpful decider....and invaribly no, but I will take it anyway....

Waxing lyrical about my experience!
Great quality ski clothes at great prices, personalised and patient help with a real interest in a making me a happy shopper.
It was a sale, so the assistant's help in going to the stock room to get a range of sizes was particularly impressive. Like the goods, the unhurried pace and the thought that I'm all set for next year on the piste!

WILL BUY AGAIN
I ordered a pair of Salomon Origins Lagoon 2013 skis and bindings from E&W, taking advantage of the post season sales and a discount voucher. Communication via email with the workshop was good from Harry. I was guided through the selection by E&W before deciding on the skis which were a present for my wife which she was pleased with.

Fast, Economic and Efficient Option.
Trawled the internet looking for the best deal on some ski pants.
The information on the product was clear.

Low price and excellent customer service :-)
I can't fault edge and wax at all, ordering online and sorting the finance was simple. The price was also very low and I have to say the customer service was first class in fact edge and wax will be my first and only port of call from now on, you can relax and buy with confidence at edge and wax. True Professionals keep up the good work ;-)

Fantastic range of Ski gear at really good prices

Prompt efficient service but not the product I was expecting!
Ski boot bag arrived but not as suggested in the description and the pictures one that would hold boots and helmet. I have been looking for a bag that could serve as hand luggage and keep the bulky items out of my main luggage and the description implied this was the answer. It holds boots just but the helmet would have to be strung on the outside which is not how it would appear in the advertising. Have decided to keep it to avoid the hassle of packaging it up and sending it back!

Great recovery
My wife was excited about the skis she had bought at a great price in the end of season sale. After a week we rang up to see how things were coming along. There appeared to be some confusion at Edge and Wax and eventually we got a very apologetic email telling us that they were out of stock and so was the manufacturer. They were sorry that they hadn't got back to us sooner and offered two alterative skis that were in stock. The prices were attractive and after some online research we decided to go ahead. From then on the service was great and they got the bindings fitted and the skis shipped that day. We will certainly looking for reasons to do business with Edge and Wax again in the future. Our only regret is that they are about 200 miles away so personal visits are out of the question.

Edge and Wax provided a friendly service and competitively priced product
Buying a pair of skiis from Edge and Wax was a very pleasant experience. Ordering the equipment was a simple process and there were a couple of return e-mails providing feedback on the status of the order Shortly after placing my order I discovered the same equipment on offer cheaper on another web site, on contacting Edge and Wax they agreed to refund me the price difference. A few days after that the Skiis arrived and now I can't wait until next winter to try them out. I would recommend this company to anyone as I believe they provide a friendly and efficient service

Great service and great value.
I ordered a pair of skis and bindings (which needed to be fitted), less than a week before going on holiday, they came in a couple of days. The staff were really helpful and it was never going to be a problem to get them to me in time. Great Customer service, thanks.

Great price, Great Service,
I bought some Zardoz no wax for my sons. The price was good and I bought a six pack which was even better value. Often when you go to buy this product it is out of stock and you have to go to different stores. By buying it on line it saved me a lot of time and the convenience of having it delivered to my office was fantastic. The time to delivery was 5 days from the U.K to Sydney. Thank you Edge and Wax.

Easy to use, clear website, good product range, quick delivery
Was looking for an end of season bargain for a new helmet. Edge and Wax had a huge range at good prices and with clear sizing information. I ordered with confidence that the helmet would prob fit and that I could easily return it if not. The helmet arrived quickly and is exactly as i hoped. Would def recommend.

First class ski products supplier
I've bought numerous items from Edge & Wax over the last few years, the biggest purchase being recently when I bought a pair of Head skis from them. After an initial 'hiccup' when I was sent the incorrect skis, they very quickly remedied the situation. Overall, I can thoroughly recommend Edge & Wax for all your skiing and snowboarding needs. I'm sure their bike department operates in much the same efficient way. My favourite ski product supplier!

ICEBREAKERS

Recommended and would use again :-)
Researching the web for ski servicing equipment I found this site - Edge & Wax. A reasonably well laid out site and easily navigated. Some items currently out of stock, not a big deal in today's times.
For the items I was looking at, Edge & wax seemed reasonably priced when compared to others.
Shipping took a couple of days and overall I would recommend Edge & Wax and would use again!
