Cases go unresolved thru BBB as well - but rating does not seem to be effected. Makes you wonder about that process as well.

85 days after order, no product received. No response to 5 phone calls over 3 days or an email (someone else contacted them prior to this being handed over to me and apparently got some response - just a vague "will ship soon," which never happened). The only "response" I got was that a 2 days after my last contact, which included an email and phone message requesting they cancel & refund, they sent a tracking notice email. However, all they did was generate a tracking number - they never actually shipped anything. That was weeks ago and there the number remains... just a number with no actual shipment. Even if they had STARTED manufacturing when they sent that tracking number (2 months late), it still should have shipped by now according to their own stated lead time.
Don't order from EEFX, and if you already have (and paid via paypal), make sure you dispute it within 45 calendar days. Don't bother trying to contact the company.
Don’t be a sucker. EEFx took my order, charged my credit card. Nothing, NADA - I didn’t receive my background. No returned emails or follow-ups. I found& ordered my foam backed backdrop from another company www.chroma-key.com . They responded to my emails. They shipped my foam backed green screen in TWO days! Lesson learned.
We ordered a large blue screen. Phone calls went unanswered. No product ever came. No refund ever came. Filed a complaint with BBB. Response from company came almost a year later. Their resolution? A discount on another order. I am not going to throw more money at the wind. Thieves.
I just bought a screen from these guys and it was a night and day difference compared to the cheap cloth I had before. I normally don’t post on review sites, but since people tend to only post on these sites when their experiences are bad, I felt inclined to talk about mine. Their product works well, are made to order “A la Carte” style, and made in the USA. I didn’t mind waiting for it to be manufactured. I’ve wasted money on other pre-packaged cheap cloth and this stuff is well worth the wait.
I should have googled before I ordered. They don't pick up the phone, they don't return messages, and they don't answer emails. They shipped my order incomplete after waiting for weeks and getting no status. After a call Monday, it's Thursday and still they're not willing to overnight the missing parts so I can actually use the product I waited for weeks for. Have no idea if the actual product works since I have no clamps to hang it.
This company is FRAUD....it's a shame that people operate like this. I too have made an order and it's been almost 2months now. They don't answer their phones, they only answered when I made the purchase so they must screen their calls. They don't reply to emails. They simply don't care. They are a waste of time & money. DON'T bother with these people. We reap what we sow, karma is real & it will come back around.

I ordered green screen on 21st March 2011. now 29th April 2011. It already passed more than 1 month but EEFX doesn't send me the product and never reply to my any email. I filed this case to credit card company. I'm asking them to refund. If they don't refund, I'll file to Federal Trade Commission and States Attorney office.
They've been doing many times same things.
Ordered from the company in early December in is now late march and I still have not recieved.
Company must have called ID because when I call, they put me in the cue to be answered, then drop me to, all our customer service agents are busy right now, your call is important please leave ..... But the sales office and shipping are the same person! Never Ever return calls!
They may be rated #1 under the google search, but that is about the only place they rate it! Save your money, efforts and more importantly your time and look at other companies. In this case you get what you pay for! Cheaper does not mean less money or hassle!
I ordered my 10x14 a month ago and still have no shipping information or confirmation as to when it will ship. I have been told two weeks in a row that it is scheduled to be complete in 2 days. Two weeks later and now they aren't answering the phone. IN 13 YEARS OF INTERNET PURCHASES THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH!!!!

They DO NOT respond to emails, if you call by telephone they give excuses like "The Box is to big for the shipper", or " having quality control issues"
They do not respond to any answerphone messages, and will not confirm a tracking or shipping number
No emails sent to them will be responded to
They state 6-10 days manufacture on their website.
When getting through on the telephone, Rachel the sales assistant will act like they are completely innocent, when asked why they don't communicate with their clients, they do not have an answer, just excuses
Still waiting to find out if the order we have placed will ever be delivered.
Think the sales service is bad, what happens if you have a problem with the order after receiving it ??? I cant guess what the after sales service is like !

I ordered a greenscreen from eefx.com and it was great, much better quality than others I have tried. I called to check on the status of my order and spoke to a sales rep that gave me tracking information. My screen arrived on time and worked great!
I ordered a green screen 20x20 since Marchl 2010, Now is July 2010. Paid for it with credit card. Never receive it. Called many times, always answered they will ship next week.. then shipped but UPS could not deliver to my address??? no tracking number... I requested a refund they said they will but never did. I am disputing it with my creditcard company. BEWARE... IT'S FRAUD!!!
I woluld give zero stars if that were an option. Customer service is nonexistent I have called, emailed and faxed them too many times with no response. When I finally spoke to someone, they said UPS could not deliver to my address. No confirmation number or tracking number were ever issued. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company. On facebook two other eefx customers told me of the same results. Buyer beware! FRAUD!

When I finally spoke to sales they said my order shipped out but UPS could not deliver it to my address. I never received a tracking number or confirmation. I am disputing this purchase that I never received, with my credit card company. Let the buyer beware...They are frauds!
