Ordered the bouquet for a colleague starting her maternity leave. Delivery was on time, the flowers were gorgeous, and the look on her face was worth 1000 times the modest cost of the bouquet. I'll definitely use this retailer again, perfect in all respects!
The delivery person went to the wrong address, so he couldn't leave the flowers. I couldn't contact the office in order to explain this situations,because no one answer the calls. I sent some emails, but never received a reply. I still don't know what happened to my flowers...
The process of ordering was easy.
The pictures were very clear so I could choose the right flowers for my purpose, in this case a thank you.
They were delivered on time and I have seen them and they look just like the picture, a perfect bouquet.

I was a little disappointed when I saw the flowers especially as they were to celebrate the birth of a new granddaughter. I chose the Bundle of Joy arrangement but they did not look as nice or have as many flowers as the picture shown on your site.
I thought their website was very easy to use, it had really clear pictures and for once - a lovely form where you don't have to register every little detail - which in today's world puts me off many websites. Great service, and the missus was very pleased with the flowers.

Flowers were delivered on the correct day (we assume..)
Trouble is no one was home. Flowers were put in back garden and only discovered the next morning.
Daughter thought Dad had forgotten.
No note left in mail box or at front door to say that a game of hide and seek was necessary to find the flowers...................they were a surprise from me and apparently another surprise from the delivery person...!!
Disappointment reigned where joy should have flourished!!

Would be good to get email confirmation of delivery - otherwise it's a bit embarrassing calling to say "how do you like the flowers?" When they have not actually been delivered yet.
After having been badly let down by an online florist service who couldn't deliver flowers to my friend on her birthday, (despite well over 24 hours notice!) I was desperate. Having only found out mid afternoon that they weren't going to be delivered I wasn't sure I'd find anybody who could do it quickly enough but e-florist did. I selected, clicked, paid in minutes and within a couple of hours I had a 'thank you for the stunning flowers' text from my friend. All for only a couple of quid more on the delivery charge than the original useless service wanted. Brilliant. Thanks a bunch!! (Is that too corny? Thought so).
Ordered the day before my mothers Birthday and delivered on time. My mother was out at the time the florist delivered but a card was left indicating where they were. Mother was 'chuffed' with the flowers and cherished the thought from her family who are living in a different part of the country.
eflorist offered same day delivery, so I duly ordered flowers, vase and chocolates for a very special friend on Monday. On Monday evening I received an email telling me the flowers had not been delivered, and would I confirm the address. I did. The flowers, however, had been taken to the wrong address by a supposedly 'local' florist, who apparently could not tell where one street ended and another began. I rang the number I was given only to be told the office was now closed .I sent an email to the address they gave. On Tuesday, I tried ringing again, and sent another email. Was kept on hold for fully ten minutes, all in vain, and received no reply to my emails. I finally got through on the telephone at about 11 a.m. on Tuesday and asked them to get the matter sorted out, which they said they would do. And I warned that my friend would be out that afternoon. Finally the florist delivered to my friend while she was out, but a neighbour kindly took them in for her. Not an experience I would ever want to repeat. Nor indeed shall I.
eFlorist was of great help, when my girlfriend went to London for some work experience. The only communication remaining was skype, not so very romantic.
Both times I ordered flowers at eFlorist, her flowers were delivered shortly after and were in great condition and shape, along with a handwritten message :)

The flowers were delivered within a couple of hours of placing the order. They were for my mothers diamond wedding anniversary, so I was delighted with the fact that she liked the flowers. The delivery was made by a very helpful woman who impressed my parents, they had just got back from shopping and she helped with their bags.
When I need to get flowers in future I know where to order.
The order I placed was not delivered on the requested date - this was upsetting as the flowers were ordered for the anniversary of my Mothers death.
I was offered an upgrade as a way of apology & when the flowers arrived they were no different to the original order.
I am very disappointed with this service & will not be using eFlorist again.

I first used e florist after me and my fiancé breaking up, very quick and efficient, and delivered before I knew it, used you again after a month after getting back with my fiancé to reassure her how much she deserves flowers on a day to day basis and yet again great service and purchased at 9am in the morning and delivered before 11 am, all I can say in one word is AMAZING!

The flowers were lovely, but there could have been a few more of them. I was ordering them on behalf of someone else who was abroad at the moment and I was a little disappointed for the price - especially when I went to a local garden centre and saw what I could have got for the same price - I realise delivery was included in the price - but am still not sure it was good value for money. But they were pretty, they were fresh and arrived on time as ordered.
Always use eflorist. They are reliable, use great florists and are good value for money.
After bad experiences with Interflora I would never use another company other than eflorist.
Delivery was fast, but flowers were a little squashed. Colour was also not as in the image. Dark pink roses were very pale pink, which didn't contrast as well with the sunflowers. Otherwise good!
