Fast and easy transaction
I ordered a lovely plant for my nan and did all the choosing and ordering through the website. It was very easy and fast, it was delivered on my chosen day and my nan was so pleased with it.

Fantastic service, great flowers at good prices
Couldn't believe that the flowers I orderd for jill were actually delivered in New Zealand within the 24 hours. She was very surprised and thought she had her birthday date wrong as they were delivered 1 week early! I checked on my delivery note and it definitely stated the correct date as 29th May!

Disappointing! bouquet looked unlike advertised & recipient didn't know who'd sent the flowers.

Very poor said they would deliver the next day and then cancelled.
Made and paid for my order at 18:30 and was told that it would be delivered the next day, and I was then emailed the following day saying that they were sorry but they could not fullfill my order. Extremely disappointed .

amazing beautiful generous flowers
Whenever i order from eFlorist I am never disappointed in the flowers that they have on offer & the quality of teh flowers when they arrive. I always seems to get more flowers than I'd paid for, nt a bad thing if you ask me, and their service is prompt and without fuss.

Fantastic service and beautiful bouquet

ineffective and incompetent, would not use them again
Ordered flowers for my partner on Valentines Day. She didn't get them until the following day. And then, they lied that I had ordered late the previous day. Complained through the website. Yet to get a response, but not holding my breath waiting. Utterly useless service.

Somewhat disappointed
Placing the order was easy enough however at the time time I did place the order, I was told it would be delivered the next day. It was, but very late in the evening.

Don't bother with eflorist!!
I ordered flowers for my parents, my dad had finished chemotherapy and radiotherapy the previous day and I thought after 3 long months of treatment a lovely bright bouquet was just what was needed. They arrived very promptly, exactly when ordered for, that was where the positive experience ended. When I visited 2 days later I wandered around their home looking to see where the other half of the flowers were! I didn't find them so asked my mum where they were, she said that thye were all in the one vase!! I was absolutely astounded that such a beautiful looking bunch of flowers on eFlorist website could actually be less than two thirds of the size shown, I would have got more flowers for less than half the price at my local supermarket!!
I emailed eFlorist who after 2 follow up emails responded with apologies and said they would send the 'proper' flowers, they never arrived and so after 2 further emails I had a refund.
I was telling my son of my experience and he said that he had had more or less the same shoddy flowers earlier in the year when he sent them to his girlfriend.
Rest assured I will NEVER be using eFlorist again, not only are their pictures not correct but their customer service is absolute rubbish too.

Beautiful, unusual flowers!

I don't even know if my flowers are delivered
The delivery person went to the wrong address, so he couldn't leave the flowers. I couldn't contact the office in order to explain this situations,because no one answer the calls. I sent some emails, but never received a reply. I still don't know what happened to my flowers...

A perfect bouquet
The process of ordering was easy.
The pictures were very clear so I could choose the right flowers for my purpose, in this case a thank you.
They were delivered on time and I have seen them and they look just like the picture, a perfect bouquet.
