Son and daughter-in-law were very pleased, said they were beautiful, and looked posh! easy to manoeuvre around the web page and got just what i wanted. cannot think of a better way to get such gorgeous flowers. Will certainly use these again
The new princes booka the I've ordered didn't look anything like the picture on the website. It was very poor and made me feel really embarrassed with my GF!
I don't recommend and will never use them again!
I placed my order on line........the flowers were same day delivery and the phone call from my sister in the u.k. Let me know she had received them........she was happy and so was i as I had forgotten to send a birthday card.........reliëf all around........you saved the day........rene
My friend received her bouquet this morning as arranged, and has loved the whole experience. She says the flowers are really lovely and I could tell she was not just being polite, she sounded so thrilled about them. I will definitely use this firm again if the flowers last a reasonable length of time.

though Eflorists have confirmed delivery, I discovered that the recipient was in France at the time of the delivery. I have not yet found out whether the flowers were delivered to someone else at that address, left with a neighbour or dumped somewhere. The consignee is expected back in a couple of days and I might know more about the service at that time.
Disappointed with the flowers, some were brown around their edges. Looked like they had been prepared earlier in the day. Didn't think they were value for the money £20 would have been a most fare price.
I ordered flowers for the same day delivery...this was carried out as requested so I can't ask for more.
I would have liked to have been able to track the order online however but this was not possible.

Early afternoon I received a telephone call from "eflorist" on a private number saying local florist did not have stock to fill the order. But I could have have the item delivered following day with a complimentary upgrade. This was totally unsatisfactory as the whole point of my order was to have delivery ON THE DAY to the recipients work address. The recipient does not work at weekends and the location is closed anyway. The moment was gone!
Having accepted the order I feel eFlorists should have made more effort to fill it. At the very least, an early call to say the local florist did not have the exact flowers shown in the advert, asking if I would accept other flowers ...which, if they were all on a yellow theme, I would have been happy to do.
It seems there was little customer focus here and it was allied to some poor planning. Surely it is not good business to rely solely on one local provider?
I instructed the caller to cancel the order and arrange for an immediate refund which (she) agreed to do ans well as sending a confirming email of her actions to this address. The refund has been received.
We ordered a large bunch of flowers for a friend who was not verry well. THe flowers were even better in real life than the picture made out. They were great value, great quality and delivered on time. Fantastic service, thank you.
The most disappointing thing of shopping online is to spend the time looking for something unique and see it turn out to be different. Such happened in my personal case. The delivery and flowers themselves are nice yet the whole experience fails the point of putting something rather quiet nice and unique on their website with the small prints that they call 'fair substitution policy'. Flowers meant to be personal and when they pretend to create personal items only to offer themselves the insurance policy (in forcing the customers to accept 'reasonable substitutions' ) I lost my faith and any possible desire to return for business. Having said all these, if you don't care about such an issue or/and are going for something 'safer', this site could be a sensible choice.

I placed an order on November 26 for a December 6 delivery date. I am ordering from Canada and needed to get flowers to a friend in England for her birthday. In the notes section I requested that the flowers be delivered before noon if possible as she only worked until noon on her birthday. On 5pm the day of delivery I receive an email saying they would try to deliver that day but it might be the next day. I responded back saying that I had specifically asked for them to be delivered at a certain time and day, and that if it was an issue they should have contacted me immediately so I could arrange something else. I gave them her home address and agreed to have them delivered the day AFTER her birthday. THEN, the next day I receive another email stating they were not going to deliver the flowers at all and that I would get a refund in 3-5 working days. So not only did they not deliver on time, but when they arranged for the next day, the didn't do that either! I am really disappointed because I was looking forward to surprising my friend with a nice gift. In the end I had to apologize to her and explain what happened. I was planning on using this website for another birthday coming up but they have lost my business now.
