First Class Service

When the item ordered was not going to be exactly as specified I received a phone call detailing the difficulty and was offered two alternatives, one a flower substitute that could be delivered as ordered, or two keep flowers as specifed and delay delivery until following day with extra blooms to cover the difference caused by not having next day delivery.
