Did not deliver what was ordered - Never contacted by customer services either

Perhaps their customer services department are still on the Christmas / New Year holiday as the still have not contacted me......

I ordered two Christmas arrangements Starlight and Sparkle for my Mum and my Aunt what arrived at my mums house was three white cyclamens in an oval green metal container with a plastic Merry Christmas tag in one corner nothing like Starlight as shown on website with an Azalea with sparkley stars and baubles etc as ordered this was delivered on evening of Friday 21st all the plants were dead by 31st December.
what arrived at my aunts house was at least an attempt to look a bit like picture but the foliage was a bit sparse so a lot of oasis was on dislay but at least it was in a basket and had a few roses and carnations included.
