We needed to order some flowers for a colleague whose wife just had a baby. Once I had placed the order on Monday, I received an email on Tuesday that the florist wasn't able to deliver it because of comptuer/tech issues with the order-system. We were offered a free refund or free upgrade to a larger bouquet because of the error and the flowers were delivered on Wednesday. Now THAT'S good customer service!
