We were disappopinted that the bouquet looked so different to the website. I appreciate that it was a seasonal bouquet appropriate to the country but it was an entirely different colour and looked much less substantial than the picture on the website. As it was a thank you to a new friend this was very disappointing. I would be reluctant to use your service again.

Thank you for your feedback. As an international order, we would not expect the delivered flowers to resemble the images on our website. As our website states, the florist will be asked to provide an arrangement in the style and to the value of your order. The choice of stems is left to the florist in the country you have requested delivery to.
However, we do expect the delivered flowers to represent good value for money. We are concerned by your comment that the bouquet did not look substantial. Our Customer Service team have emailed you to discuss this matter further. We look forward to hearing back from you shortly.
