Outstanding service despite an order mistake on my part
I chose e-florist because of a great selction of same day floral gifts. I placed an order at about 13.30, and felt happy to know that my mum would recieve a nice bouquet on her birthday.
I got an email from Sam at e-florist at about 4pm saying that the delivery had failed as the my mother wasn't known at the address the bouquet had been presented at. Confused, I quickly checked my order form and sure enough I had made a typo!
I called the e-florist number and spoke to Sam who was wonderfully helpful and my mum still got her flowers the same day.
Couldn't be more happy with the service.
