Horrible

This is my third and last order from e-florist.
During my second purchase you guys sent the wrong flower,
and now, during my third order, the flower arrived 3 days after my friend birthday.

    Thank you for your feedback. We have spoken to the florist involved in the delivery of your order. The florist has confirmed that delivery was made on the date you had requested, not three days later.

    As your order was for delivery to a business address, the flowers had been left in the care of the reception desk with instructions to pass the flowers onto the recipient. We can see you have already been in contact with our Customer Service team to discuss your order.
