Poor service and no response to questions

Items were not delivered on time and follow up questions were not answered.

    Dear Ian,

    We are sorry to learn of your disappointment. Delivery of your order had not been possible on the requested delivery date due to adverse weather conditions in the delivery area.

    Our staff had emailed you to discuss the matter and have also responded to your previous emailed questions. Our staff have also tried contacting you by telephone but have had no response to date.

    Our Customer Service team have emailed again to resolve this matter.
