Lovely bunch of iris and roses

but unfortunately the roses heads had flopped. I have used eflorist twice more since this to give benefit of doubt and am awaiting feedback from who i sent them to.

    Thank you for your feedback. We expect all of our deliveries to arrive fresh and in great condition. We guarantee the life of our flowers, if cared for correctly, for a minimum of seven days.

    There may be several reasons as to why the roses have become limp. If the flowers do perish within seven days, please contact our Customer Service (0800 0830 930) team who will be happy to help.

    We hope you are pleased with delivery of the flowers for the other order you have placed and certainly welcome any further feedback.
