Disappointing compared to previous experiences

Flowers were not delivered on the Saturday as stated. Reason given was they couldn't find house although post code and phone number provided. They did not try to ring for directions. Flowers eventually delivered on Monday. Despite note saying they were freshly made up they appeared to have wilted somewhat since the Saturday. Although my sister appreciated receiving the flowers, it seems they were not up to standard.
