i was really surprised of your service cuz i did order for my wife as surprise on her birthday on 26th of juanuary and she didnt recive it yet till today she called this num 08000830930 on 29th of juanuary and the lady said i will call the eflorist delivery and i will call you to your num and she got my wife number and no one called her . on 30th i called again and the gentelman let me the adders wasnt full and i give him the full addres he let me should i recive the order next day from 1 to 5 pm and i havent recive it till today today is 6th of February i dont like your service cuz its not on time ........... so please could you back my moeny back to my account cuz i dont need the order any more

Thank you for your feedback. Once the correct delivery address for your order had been established, we can confirm that delivery was attempted to the address as we had advised. Unfortunately, our florist had not received a response from the address and so delivery was attempted again on the next available date.
