Poor communication, poor excuse of a replacement product

First of all, completely abandoned phone lines on Valentine's day, 1hr holding before giving up. My girlfriend sent me a thank you text with a photo of the flower the day after Valentine's and I was instantly disappointed, though I did not let on to her. Having spend £30 on this product, I cannot see the value for money in the slightest from the photo I was sent. Were I not 250 miles away from her, a trip to Aldi and a nearby hedgerow would have provided a nicer Valentine's gift for a fraction of that price. I searched for a while before settling for the advertised product on your website (which is lovely, as I, friends at work and your customer services advisor agree) but none of the style, the vase(!) the twisted grass or the nice little jewel arrived with the rose.

I do not like to complain but with money being tight and splashing out it really annoys me that she did not get anything close to what I ordered, and reading reviews over the last few days on sites such as Trustpilot.com it appears others have had a similarly disappointing experience. I called and got through to one of your customer services advisor Andy at midday (18/2/13) and was advised to send this account of my experience and photographs of what was advertised and what was delivered. By the way he was very polite, friendly and understanding so you do get one +1 on that front! 2 days later, no reply to my email, called up and got 50% back. Still not happy, never coming back.
