Flowers delivered, but to wrong address!

The flowers were sent to a work colleague after she had given birth to her daughter, from all her colleagues. On checking after as to whether they had arrived as scheduled, I was told that the flowers had been delivered to the wrong address, left on the doorstep of that wrong address and the person from that house then had to deliver them to the correct address - so not ideal but at least the lady received them in the end. I hope this will not deter me from using your company again in the future.
