Disappointing floral display for treasured aunt failed to match internet promise

I selected the spring flower basket as a gift for my aunt at Easter. The mix of flowers appealed, as did the range of colours - yellows, blues and whites/creams. When I visited my aunt on the Sunday I was very disappointed to find a meagre and disappointing basket that was predominantly yellow - not daffodials or tulips, but some very ordinary and non-spring flowers, bar the 3 blue hyacinths. The 'arrangement' looked worth less than half what I had actually paid for it. My aunt had asked me how I knew what it would look like - I explained that there was an indicative photo on the internet site. The arrangement that was delivered bore no relation to what was on the site. Very, very disappointing, unlike my previous experience with eflorist.
