Easy to order, delivered on time, but very poor bouquet for the price, not value for money.
Easy to order, but flowers very poor value for money, 3 roses (started to wilt on second day) and 1 stem of lily with 3 buds, which have not opened after a week, for £50 plus delivery! I hate to think what the normal size 'bouquet' would have been, as I payed an extra £20 to make it a large bouquet. Extremely disappointed, as I work abroad and rely on e-commerce event like wedding anniversaries - it's a real shame the florist this order went to in St Albans saw fit to rip off the customer....

We expect our flower deliveries to arrive fresh and in great condition. The flowers should last a minimum of 7 days. However, we realise that when dealing with delicate, perishable items that some flowers may perish quicker than expected. On these rare occasions, we are quite happy to make amends. This is usually by sending out a replacement bouquet as quickly as possible at our cost.
From your description, we are concerned the flowers have not arrived in the condition we expect and so we hoped you may be able to provide a photo of the flowers received. This allows us to see precisely what has been delivered as well as provide far more detailed feedback to the florist involved.
