I chose the particular arrangement for my daughter and her husband for their wedding anniversary. The arrangement was named 'Dairy Days' and was a yellow theme of Daffodils and yellow primroses etc (you can check this on the website). It also included the pot. Their wedding flowers were yellow spring flowers and so this was important. What my daughter and her husband received was a basket arrangement with not one single yellow plant/flower no daffodils, none of the flowers in the arrangement were the same except for one blue primrose. The rest of the flowers were bright pink and a pink bow arranged around the handle of the basket. My daughter sent me a photo of this and when she saw what should have arrived couldnt believe it was meant to be 'Dairy Days'. I know there may sometimes be variations if some flowers are not in season but not even 20% of the arrangement was as the order. I wish i could send you a photo of what was sent. We are so upset by this which should have been a lovely surprise and has instead been a huge let down with no thought given to the e-florist order. It makes one wonder why go to the trouble to choose colours and arrangements from the photos on the e-florist site if it is ignored.

Whilst we allow our florists to make minor substitutions to our orders based upon seasonal availability and the stock of the florist on the day of delivery, we insist that any changes remain within the style, colour scheme and value of the items chosen by our customers. Essentially, the bouquet delivered should greatly resemble the item you had seen on our website.
