******* UPDATE after response below *********** After your response below, I followed your instructions. Its been 2 days now and still I've not had a response.
I originally sent an email to your email@example.com address on the 25/04 and followed your instructions below on 29/04.
Neither contact has had a response. Its disappointing that you only reply to this public forum. The only thing worse than being ripped off is being lied to.
So you can all see....

Are they really the same? Is it really £90 worth of flowers??? You decide.
I have eFlorist services in the past and been happy with the results. Today I purchased a ‘Simply love’ bunch of flowers (http://www.eflorist.co.uk/products/simply-love.html).
The flowers I received are in no way equal to those shown on the website. I appreciate there may be some substitutions and seasonal variation however, there is simply no comparison between the two. Your image shows roses, oriental lilies, calla lilies, anthurium flowers and carnations. I now realise your text description is quite different…
… but even so, there is still a significant difference between that description and what I received. Given that I knew nothing about the names of flowers until twenty minutes ago - isn’t google great – I, like most people, purchased based on the images displayed. I feel this image is very misleading.
I received lilies, roses and carnations; I suppose 3 out of 5 in the image displayed isn’t bad but if I had wanted that, I would have bought your “Kisses” bouquet for half the price. 1 out of 5 in the text you display is pretty poor.
The main reason for buying this bunch was because they looked different with calla lilies and anthurium flowers. Both of which feature heavily in the picture advertised; neither of which I received.
Overall a very disappointing experience.

Thank you for your detailed review. We are sincerely sorry to learn of your disappointment. The description you have provided of the flowers delivered does not match our expectations and we are keen to investigate further.
Whilst we allow our florists to make minor substitutions to our orders based upon seasonal availability and the stock of the florist on the day of delivery, we insist that any changes remain within the style, colour scheme and value of the items chosen by our customers. Essentially, the bouquet delivered should greatly resemble the item you had seen on our website.
From your description, this would not appear to be the case and so we hoped you may be able to provide a photo of the flowers received. This allows us to see precisely what has been delivered as well as provide far more detailed feedback to the florist involved.
In order to do this, simply go to: www.eflorist.co.uk/help.html. Click on the 'Email Us' icon and when the new window opens click on the email link on the right hand side of the page. Please be sure to include your order reference number and an image of the flowers delivered if possible.
Our Customer Service team would be very keen to investigate this matter fully.
