Utterley Disapointed

Bought Hand Tied Lillies with a vase, flowers turned up all open, wilting and brown round the edges and with no vase, but the man told my then upset wife on her birthday that they were what I had ordered, these were sent back and the florist later returned with another bunch which was better but still no vase.
I called the florist who said that I was mistaken what i had purchased and he couldnt possibly do that for the money, obviously i had the invoice and website in front of me which clearly stated what I had purchased
Utter Rubbish
Also the 16s chocolates, i thought they would be hand crafted etc for £9.95 but Terrys All Gold arrived, which is about £3 to £4 at the local shop
Utter Rubbish.
Called eflorist who apologised and reimbursed me the price of the vase £5.00
Would not purchase from these again try elsewhere
