I have always used Interflora but thought I'd try somewhere else with a different range, so, after checking a few sites out plucked eFlorist.

I choose a bouquet for same day delivery. They didn't turn up that day so I contacted eFlorist by email; there response was slow and I was informed they had been delivered. When I checked with the recipient she insisted they had not but later discovered they were on here doorstep from the day before and had been left there without any notification, no card through the letter box or anything.

I assumed same day delivery didn't include 'just leaving them on the doorstep'

I contacted eflorists immediately to explain and they haven't even bothered to reply.

I accept that they do not have control over all the local florists that they use but to not even bother to acknowledge that this isn't acceptable just demonstrates appalling customer service.

I will not be using them again and do not recommend them; I am sure several of you have had no problems at all with eFlorist but it's how a company deals with a problem that really shows their worth.

However if you fancy some adventure when wanting to send flowers to a loved one then maybe you should use them and add a kind of treasure hunt eliment to the delivery.
