With regards to the delivery times, we can see that a morning delivery was requested. While our florist would make every effort to meet this delivery time, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee timed deliveries.
In terms of the substitutions, we allow our florists to make minor substitutions to ensure the flowers are delivered on the requested date however these must be of equal quality, value and style. We aim for the arrangement delivered to resemble the arrangement ordered as closely as possible.
