A reply to my complaint via e-mail would be nice!

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday and was very disappointed with them. What I thought she would be receiving was nothing like the photo on your website. Yes they did arrive on time but looked rather wilted and there was more greenery than flowers. To be honest I was really disappointed with them and my mother even commented on them which made me very embarrassed! I have sent an e-mail complaining but I am still awaiting a reply!!!
