Disappointing experience of Eflorist and would likely not use this service again.
Living in Australia and having many relatives in the UK I often use an interflora-type service to send birthday gifts etc. It was my aunties' 65th birthday and my grandad's 90th Birthday on the 1st and 2nd July respectively. I ordered an expensive bouquet for my aunt costing around 70.00 pounds sterling and an expensive hamper for my grandad costing 95.00 pounds sterling. I specified that I wanted the flowers to be delivered on Sat 29th June, so they could be received a couple of days before her birthday and she could enjoy them throughout her celebrations. The flowers arrived over a week early and were almost dead by the time her birthday arrived. The hamper also arrived over a week early, which is bad enough as my wishes were not adhered to - I requested the hamper be delivered on 30th June; but to have wilted flowers on your actual birthday because of very early delivery is simply not acceptable.

Please be advised that our Customer Service team have read your email and are currently investigating the flower delivery for your aunt which was ordered for 28th June with the florist concerned. They will contact you as soon as they have concluded this and advise you further.
With regards to your hamper delivery for your grandad, we are sorry to say that the date we have that this was ordered for was the 19th June. Please check your order confirmation if there is any discrepancy in this information as it should be the same as what we have on our systems.
