Unprofessional, insensitive, no concept of customer service
When the bouquet of flowers I'd ordered did not arrive on the day I'd requested, I contacted Customer Services; they took 2 weeks to come back simply to deny the fact. I'd made the effort to explain why the day was so significant - it's the birthday of a friend who had died, the flowers were for his widow and children. The flowers were not worth the high cost either, but given the sadness we all felt, it now seems irrelevant.
