Very dissappointed

The bouquet of flowers was delivered to the delivery address on the day and time requested.
Unfortunately, the bouquet of flowers received did not match the Princess Bouquet ordered. Obviously, I was very disappointed since the composition did not resemble at all the one I had seen on the website.
The bouquet consisted of carnations, white flowers and some purple flowers. There was not a rose, Freesias, Lisianthus in sight! In addition, the bouquet was in a box and not in an aqua pack hand-tied bouquet.
What is the point of customers choosing bouquets displayed on eflorist website when the florist executing the order does not match it at all?
