The bouquet of flowers was delivered to the delivery address on the day and time requested. Unfortunately, the bouquet of flowers received did not match the Princess Bouquet ordered. Obviously, I was very disappointed since the composition did not resemble at all the one I had seen on the website. The bouquet consisted of carnations, white flowers and some purple flowers. There was not a rose, Freesias, Lisianthus in sight! In addition, the bouquet was in a box and not in an aqua pack hand-tied bouquet. What is the point of customers choosing bouquets displayed on eflorist website when the florist executing the order does not match it at all?
